Decisions of the Council of Ministers today
(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Cabinet voted in its ordinary session held on Tuesday, headed by Haider al-Abbadi, the President of the Council on a number of resolutions.
A statement issued by the council, received by the agency {Euphrates News} copy today, that "it was approved to complete the project of residential complex in the neighborhood of Jerusalem, which was completed 95% of it, and the exception of contracts for processing and construction of investment projects of the decision to protect the product." 
"The Council also voted on the Committee of Diwani Order No. 45 of 2016 on the project of collection and electronic payment, and the integration of the General Authority for the operation of irrigation and drainage projects with the General Authority for the maintenance of irrigation and drainage projects with the Department of the downstream." 
The statement added that "the vote on the amendment of the Council of Ministers Resolution 132 for the year 2017 on the protection of reinforcing iron product from 16 to 32 mm, in addition to the vote on the negotiation of the partnership contract between the Iraqi Airways and the British company Minsiz ground services." 
He pointed out that "the Council of Ministers voted on financial allocations to address the expected financial scarcity"

Shafaq News / Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Haider Abadi.

The Council of Ministers approved the completion of the residential complex project in the Jerusalem neighborhood, 95% of which was completed.

It was agreed to exempt the processing and contracting contracts for investment projects from the decision to protect the product.

The Council voted on the Diwani Order No. 45 of 2016 on the project of collection and electronic payment.

The session witnessed the vote on the integration of the General Authority for the operation of irrigation and drainage projects with the General Authority for the maintenance of irrigation and drainage projects with the General Sewage Service.

The amendment to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 132 of 2017 on the protection of the reinforcing steel product was voted from 16 to 32 mm.

The council voted to negotiate a partnership contract between Iraqi Airways and British company Minesize for ground services.

Financial allocations were also voted to address the expected financial scarcity.

"During our last meeting in the National Security Council, we issued strict instructions to counter the activity of terrorist cells, especially in the liberated areas, and prevent them from carrying out their objectives to strike at citizens," Abadi said. 
He pointed out that "the intelligence effort is in full swing in terms of criminal crimes and assassinations to uncover the perpetrators and motives," stressing "the security situation in general and there is prosecution of criminals who carry out criminal operations and analyzed most of the crimes that occurred, including criminal and other crimes directed by groups to bring Disrupting the security situation of the country. "
"As the new school year begins, we salute the millions of our dear students at various levels, as well as the educational family and our students in liberated areas, especially in Mosul," he said, recalling that "during our administration of government responsibility we established a strong and unified country. He added that "we also succeeded in reducing organized crime, especially kidnappings, and dismantled these gangs with intelligence efforts. Crimes were organized at a high level was accompanied by negotiations to form a government and after the election was to sabotage the situation and there are many question marks about the conflicts that occur today for positions. 
"We have made thousands of sacrifices to rid ourselves of terrorism and we will not forget the martyrs, their families, the wounded and the fighters. We warned against using the security file in the political conflict," he said, adding that "

Abadi said, "We transferred the powers to the provinces for more than 8 ministries and local governments did not bear their responsibilities there," noting that "often the candidate of the settlement is weaker because it meets all the demands and why we choose the weakest despite the absence of official candidates," noting that " Which nominates the Prime Minister constitutionally, "saying," I am not with the candidate of the settlement, but I am with the candidate of the largest bloc.
