Alsumaria News / Baghdad The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, on Sunday, the approval of the Council on the draft financial budget for the year 2019 and forwarded to the House of Representatives.  The Secretariat said in a brief statement received by Alsumaria News a copy of it, "The Council of Ministers approved the draft federal budget law for the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year / 2019, and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61 / item first and 80 / item II) the Constitution".     The former Prime Minister Haider Abadi said, Tuesday (October 23, 2018), that the financial budget for 2019 was based on the price of a barrel for $ 56, noting that the security implications on the budget will be less.
