9-9-2018   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   ...there are three main issues yet to resolve prior to the RV.   1. HCL  - So the HCL law was finally written to satisfaction and passed. There were many parts to it over the years. Now they must pay out a % excess oil revenues to the citizens (a law was passed in parliament...supposed to begin as of Sept 5th). Do they need to pay out prior to the reinstatement permission. YES, YES and YES again. Is this not a constitutional requirement? Well then...??? ;  [1 of 3] ....

Iraq must now get rid of the Iranian militias and drastically reduce the political influence of the Iran over Iraq, This is a new requirement and should never had been an issue had it not been for the ISIS invasion, which by the way was a way for the Iranian backed puppet Nori al-Maliki to get the Iranian Kud forces inside Iraq...This now stands as a major SECURITY breach by the US on the sovereignty of Iraq. The US will NEVER giver permission to RV with these Iranian forces in place in Iraq especially with the Trump administration;  [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]..  

 

9-9-2018   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat    3. Article 140 - this was promised by PM Abadi during the last election of 2014. It was also promised during the 2010 election by Nori al-Maliki and neither delivered on it. This was of course a major blunder on the part of PM Abadi 2014-2018 for, if he did deliver, there would be no further discussions and the Kurds would side with the Sadr Movement as they could then feel they could trust and move forward. So...all three of these needed points are not yet implemented or guaranteed.[3 of 3] ...

9-9-2018   Intel Guru Jester   [any news to share?]  NOT ANYTHING CONCRETE THAT MAKES ANY SENSE... ALTHOUGH THE UNOFFICIAL WORD SEEMS TO INDICATE VERY CLOSE... BUT WE HAVE ALL HEARD THAT BEFORE TOO...I WAS SURPRISED THEY TOLD ME THAT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH... BUT I AM CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC... HEARD IT TOO MANY TIMES BEFORE... I NEED TO SEE SOMETHING MOVE.... 

 

9-9-2018   Newshound Guru MilitiaMan   Everyone...may have noticed on the BIS website that they quit reporting the Program Rate for the QRTR 1/2018 and QRTR 2/2018...A fresh pattern that shouldn't be overlooked, imo.   ...also...they recently paid the COM (Council of Ministers) back pay to 01/01/2018 electronically, and it was mentioned specifically to and with the Kurds in mind that they don't have to tell you any more going forward.  It is to be a private matter between the citizens and the banks... Why?  One might ask why would they the (BIS) quit reporting the program rate when the track record through QRTR 4/2017 was? Do you think the BIS the granddad of all banks is going to put out data that effectively would be misleading? [1 of 2]  ... 

9-9-2018   Newshound Guru MilitiaMan   I personally think not, therefore, the lack of reporting it on the site points to that they wouldn't do that to be misleading.  They are not going to publish the program rate, as they have something else in mind imo... We have heard ...they will back date the HCL to a similar time frame of 01/01/2018.  We have also been told by WS [Guru Walkingstick]  and articles they finished the calculations based off months prior to the End of the 1st Quarter 2018, and they agreed on the HCL in early March 2018, and now 6 months have passed real close and we see them hammering out the Seating of the GOI with the URGING of Al Sistani, The Supreme Shiite Cleric.  All very interesting... 9-9-2018   Newshound Guru Don961   A "meeting" is expected between "Abadi and Trump" on the 13th of this month.  Article quotes:  "Informed sources revealed that Prime Minister Haider Abadi will meet with US President Donald Trump on the 13th of this month."   "The source said that "Abadi and Tramb, will gather a meeting, on the 13th of this month, to form a government, after the failure of efforts, to form the largest bloc," adding that "Abadi will meet with senior officials in Washington."
