If Iraq goes back on UN sanctions due to Iran Cooperation, this could kill the RV hopes any time soon.

Iran still has heavy influences over Iraq, no denying that. Iran even boasts, it runs Iraq, not the UN.

Dinarians can kiss 2018 good-by unless by some miracle, Iraq conforms to UN Articles, ASAP. IMO.
