Alsumaria News / Baghdad began, just before, the first sessions of the Iraqi Council of Representatives for its fourth session.  The meeting was attended by President Fuad Masum, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , former parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri and heads of a number of political coalitions, in addition to the majority of the winning candidates.  The agenda of the meeting will include speeches by the presidents of the republic, the ministers and the former parliament, the names of the winning members, the swearing in of the constitutional oath and the election of the speaker and his deputies.     The member of the stream of wisdom Ali al-Badiri expected, on Monday, not to vote on the speaker of the parliament and his deputies during today's session, likely to remain open session.

BAGHDAD ( Reuters) - Former parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri on Monday called on parliament speaker Mohammad Zinni to take over the first parliamentary session.  Jabouri's call came after his speech at the first parliament session, which followed the words of President Fuad Masum and Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi .  Jubouri said after the speech that the meeting will resume in the hall reserved for the ordinary sessions of the parliament, saying "I invite Mr. Mohamed Ali Zinni, the head of age in the Iraqi parliament in the fourth parliamentary session to perform the events related to the first meeting in accordance with the Constitution and the rules of procedure."   The first session of the Iraqi parliament in its new session was held on Monday, September 3, 2018, in the hall dedicated to events and conferences.  The first session of parliament comes at the invitation of the President of the Republic and after the ratification of the Federal Supreme Court on the results of the recent parliamentary elections.
