I hope the solution is to make the dinar equal to the dollar $1:1 let Iranian and Kurdish use the dinar instead of the dollar

creating a big demand for it, and let it rise subject to the forces of supply and demand.

Go Art 8

Go international

Go market value.

Thanks works for me.

BAGHDAD /

The economic expert Hammam al-Shamma said on Sunday that the smuggling of the dollar from Iraq to Iran is "incorrect", indicating that it can not reach the price of more than 125 thousand Iraqi dinars.

"The Iraqi dinar is subject to many psychological factors and rumors in the market about the smuggling of the dollar from Iraq to Iran, and this is not true because smuggling can only be by the purchase of dollars from Iraqi markets and the question here in exchange for what is done Buying the dollar and also talking about counterfeit currency is not true. "

He added that "months ago, the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar 125 dinars in local markets, which led to the Central Bank pumping the dollar free market to lower the price in the domestic market," noting that "if the central bank also pump currencies against the demand for the dollar in the domestic market The exchange rate may stabilize to its old price of 125 for the fullest possible probability. "

He stressed that "the days of the economic blockade when the central bank did not have reserve currencies reached the exchange rate to a high price, but now Iraq is still issued and the same quantities and Iraq's oil revenues high and reserve high so it is highly unlikely that the exchange rate to more than 125.

  • yota691 changed the title to The fake dinar against the dollar: Iran provides its needs through the Iraqi market

%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%AA%D8

Baghdad - Iraqi officials have revealed that Iran is pursuing a new strategy to supply its US dollar needs by working to reduce the Iraqi dinar exchange rate.

Iran faces major difficulties in obtaining the dollar, after US sanctions have been imposed on it, and has been barred from using the currency in its international dealings.

The Iranian strategy is to inject a large, counterfeit Iraqi currency into Iraqi markets and push for increased demand for the US dollar by local traders.

If Iraq can not cope with the smuggling of fake Iraqi dinars into its territory, this strategy will force the CBI to pump double amounts of dollars into the country's markets to preserve the value of the local currency, allowing a greater dollar liquidity, To Iran, to satisfy its needs of the US currency.

According to the sources of the "Arabs" in Baghdad, "the economic interfaces, the pro-Iranian Iraqi militias, is implementing this strategy, through the use of Iran at the border crossing between Iran and Iraq, to introduce the counterfeit Iraqi currency to the country."

According to government sources, "the commander-in-chief of the Iraqi armed forces, Prime Minister Haider Abadi, directed the relevant military and security forces, to address the smuggling operations of Iran."

The sources confirm that "Abbadi depends on a limited number of reliable Iraqi officers, in the implementation of this process, given the broad influence that Iran has in many sectors of the military establishment."

Iraqi border posts with Iran have tightened checks on trucks coming from the eastern neighbor.

And led the Iraqi actions intensified, to control about one billion Iraqi dinars of counterfeit currency, coming from Iran.

In all cases smugglers were linked to companies linked to pro-Iranian Iraqi militias.

Iraqi officials say Baghdad has already beefed up its measures to prevent the smuggling of dollars from Iraq into Iran, in response to US sanctions, but now focuses on preventing the smuggling of counterfeit currency from Iran to Iraq.

"The start of the implementation of a special intelligence security plan to pursue attempts to introduce counterfeit currency to the local market in the provinces of Maysan, Dhi Qar, Muthanna and Wasit," in southern and central Iraq, said Major General Ali Daaboul, head of operations of Rafidain, part of the Iraqi Ministry of Defense.

"The security teams and the intelligence cells continue to follow up on any suspected cases in order to deal with them in security," Daboul said.

The Anatolia news agency quoted an Iraqi Interior Ministry officer as saying that "the border crossings have received orders for the need for strict inspection to thwart any attempt to introduce a counterfeit currency from the neighboring countries."

He added that "security forces seized during the past few days fake Iraqi currency at the port of Shalamjah border with Iran, and was seized and arrested involved in bringing the amounts of money," without specifying the value.

Iraq has four land ports with Iran: Zurbatiya in Wasit, Shalamjah in Basra, Manziriyah in Diyala and Shib in Maysan.

Observers say tougher Iraqi actions on the border with Iran will not deter Tehran from pursuing this strategy, which could be one of the few ways to get Tehran's need for the US dollar.

"This war is related to the controversy surrounding the future of Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and his ambition in a second term, which is a strong Iranian objection," they add.
Abadi will try to "convince the United States of his right to this position by addressing Iran's attempts to circumvent US sanctions."

It was expected that Iran would flood the Iraqi market with counterfeit currency as part of its plan to face the shortage of foreign currency in the domestic market in order not to see the Iranian riyal further losses in the exchange rate.

Iran has prepared its arms at home to implement the plan early, before US sanctions take its direct implementation.

Observers say no one can fail the plan because of Iran's breakthroughs over the years of its dominance in the fragile state of Iraq, noting that Iraqi political leaders have mobilized to stand with Iran in their potential conflict with the United States.

The Iraqi observer pointed out that what can be achieved by these leaders does not amount to the level of Iranian need for hard currency without the disruption of the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar, which could lead to the Iraqi economy to witness further collapse, which may lead to widening the circle of protests In the country, which will be directed this time against Iranian hegemony directly.

The observer said in a statement to the "Arabs" that the plan of the Iraqi Prime Minister to deal with the smuggling operations from both sides to positive results because of the difficulty of controlling the border between the two sides under the Iranian breakthroughs of the Iraqi security services and the control of pro-Iranian militias on border cities in addition to the arrival of leaders of those militias To political decision-making centers.

He stressed that it is difficult to predict the size of the losses that will be the Iraqi economy because of US sanctions on Iran, pointing out that what is important for the Iraqi government not to end its work in a way that appears as if it was the cause of a new chaos, the collapse of the Iraqi dinar caused directly.

He questioned the usefulness of these government measures, saying that no matter how accurate they will not be able to stop the smuggling of currency between the two sides.

Strong objection???  I think they need to really protect Abadi from the "strong Iranian objection" to his 2nd term.  I wouldn't put anything past the Iranian leaders.

can't really add much about bringing in counterfeit iqd at least they have been warned and have caught some at the port which is a good thing , I take it as a very good sign though , it seems iran has been shut down using the auctions to acquire USD finally , as we all know it was happening for years and much counterfeit iqd was found in the banks , never really put it together that it probably was fake iqd being passed in the banks that were friendly to iran ... cheers

A couple of things that have me curious to having fake dinar in the market place.  How much are they talking about?  If it is not much then ok.  But if we are talking about million to billions of fake dinar in the market place in order to get more dollars in there then the CBI better do something quick.  However if that dinar gets to the banks and/or the auctions lets hope that they will notice it in order to not give any dollars for it.  Or deposit into the accounts.

The market place is a way for unsuspecting Iraqis to get caught with the funny money and lose or not be able to purchase what they need.  Shop keepers might not be any the wiser to not be able to detect the real from the fake like the US uses a iodine pen to check for fake dollars.  Not sure if this is true for the dinar or not.

So here is hoping that they catch all this fake dinar at the border and educate the populous with regards to how to detect the real from the fake.

Any effect on the RV could be nil if its only a little fake dinar floating around which there always will be.  The more there is found then Alak better think of something quick like the RV in order to suck in all the dollars off the streets.

Just my :twocents: and humble opinion.

Great Comments, SupraRacer, AND The Best Of Your Weekend To You!!! :tiphat:

So, OK, here is some super secret source information guru spew ripped from Farcebook:

(CAVEAT EMPTOR, Reader :o)

QUOTE

So I told everyone that these new sanctions were going to cause havoc in Iraq and will be the next reason to stall the RV. Believe me now? AND the really big sanctions are not even in force yet. This come later this fall. The best thing that could happen is that Iran capitulates and at least decided to bargain and negotiate with the US and these sanctions are lessened or stopped. But I do totally agree with the Trump administration and what they are doing. We do not need a nuclear Iran as Iran is on a quest for dominance in the middle east and will stop at nothing to get it. They are using religion as their brainwashing tool to get the men to fight. Will this happen soon?

The answer to the problem?

Reinstate the dinar, get off the peg to the dollar and re-peg to the SDR basket of currencies. Use the dinar to conduct business. Issue the new lower category notes thus redenominate. Outlaw the use of the dollar in Iraq.)

END QUOTE

I was out and about and posted earlier today but then just read about a half hour ago the guru spew quoted from above.

To answer your question, looks like one billion counterfeit Iraqi Dinar have been pumped into Iraq from Iran. If the Bicraqi Iraqi see this coming, they should exchange counterfeit USD for the counterfeit Iraqi Dinar and have the Insanians smuggle the counterfeit USD back to Iran. Mutual funny money annihilation!

OR THEY COULD JUST PUSH THE STINKIN' RV BUTTON ALREADY AND FIX ALL THIS COUNTERFEIT MESS SO THE BICRAQI IRAQI DO NOT GET ALL UPSET WITH THE FUNNY MONEY WHEN THEY FIND OUT THEY HAVE BEEN DUPED!!!!!!!!!!

The CBI weekday daily currency auctions are completed through Monday, August 27 so, if the regular schedule is kept in the past, the next CBI weekday daily currency auction could be held on Monday, August 27 for Tuesday, August 28. These next couple to few days or couple weeks could be interesting with the largest Parliamentary block being announced, new Parliament being seated for the first time (currently projected either Tuesday, August 28 or Thursday, August 30), other positional announcements (new speaker of the Parliament, new President, etc.), Article 140 settlement, HCL settlement, and maybe a few other surprises thrown in.

I do think the Insanians are going to have to be crimped financially for things to work right and the sooner the more opportune and better.

Just my conjecture, thoughts, opinion, and :twocents: for whatever THAT is worth!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR, Reader!!! :o

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - President Rohani will attend a council meeting on Tuesday to answer questions from deputies, a spokesman for the presidential body of the Islamic Shura Council, Behruz Nemati, said Saturday.

"Rohani will attend an open meeting of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on Tuesday to respond to a number of questions that deputies intend to put forward and relate in particular to the economic crisis experienced by the country, especially the decline in the exchange rate of the national currency against foreign currencies," he said.

He added that "Iranian Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs Hassan Ali Amiri, has handed the President of the Shura Council Ali Larijani, a letter from the President included the arrival of Hassan Rohani to the Council next Tuesday after the meeting of the government body with the Supreme Leader to answer questions of deputies."

This came after Larijani announced on Wednesday, August 1, that he had given President Rowhani a maximum of one month to come to the parliament to answer the questions of the deputies, based on Article 213 of the rules of procedure of the Shura Council. Finished

Ya know this idea has promise and I like it.  It would further the demise of Iran in that no one would sell them anything or do any business with them period knowing that they are dealing with counterfeit dinars and dollars.  And who knows what other currencies they are counterfeiting to further their agenda.
