ISAKA, the US-based international banking organization, opened its own branch in Baghdad.

"The purpose of this branch is to provide services that many governmental and non-governmental banking institutions lack in terms of work opportunities and electronic security," said Ali Al-Alaq, governor of the Central Bank of Iraq. Some of the financial and moral pressures suffered by those institutions. "

He pointed out that "the new branch will hurt in building bridges that help the government and private banking sectors within the project of electronic governance to shorten the time and develop its services by adopting electronic systems in building, which leads to the provision of services characterized by speed, accuracy and safety and the elimination of corruption.

"The new ISACA branch in Baghdad, which carries the number 254 worldwide, will draw up a strategy at short, medium and long levels for Iraqi banking institutions.

Global Business Technology Association ISACA Welcomes New Chapter in Baghdad

Schaumburg, IL, USA (16 July 2018) – Information technology professionals in Baghdad, Iraq, have formed a new chapter of ISACA, a global professional association serving more than 130,000 members who work in the areas of information technology audit, assurance, governance, risk and cybersecurity. The ISACA Baghdad Chapter has more than 40 members at its start and is among more than 220 ISACA chapters around the globe.

ISACA Baghdad Chapter President Ali Hasan said the Baghdad chapter will build a network of information security professionals who will be leaders of cybersecurity awareness throughout the country.

“The shortage in information security specialists is huge,” said Hasan. “With support from ISACA and the Central Bank of Iraq, we were able to form this chapter to be a major factor to help fill that gap and build a network of information security professionals who will become cybersecurity leaders throughout the country.”

The local business community, government, university students and others will benefit from ISACA’s resources and guidance, said Hasan, including its certifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
  • Cybersecurity Nexus Practitioner (CSXP)

The new chapter was formed in part to encourage open exchange of approaches to information systems audit and control, problem solving strategies, and quality assurance, according to Hasan.

“Having an ISACA chapter here provides the opportunity and foundation for strong governance in Iraq,” said Hasan. “Our members will benefit from the educational resources related to their professional fields, and their organizations will benefit from their skills and expertise.”

ISACA offers credentialing, education, guidance for IT security, assurance, risk and governance professionals. The association established its Cybersecurity Nexus (CSX) to address the global cybersecurity skills shortage and to help organizations develop strong cybersecurity workforces in addition to COBIT, a business framework that helps organizations govern and manage their information and technology.

One of his best ( music and lyrics)

      Vid shot in NYC

      I will look at you
      Lighted by the neon
      From the shops' windows
Then I'll feed you with Coca Cola and popcorn
      Inside a cinema
I'll tell you my lies about the world and about the people
Then I'll kiss you with everything of me
      With flames
      With the lights off
      And we'll make love
On the leaves and on the lawn
      On money and on fire
      Inside the forbidden places
To the centre of the earth
      Like two lovers
      Like two lovers
      That have nothing to do
      That don't have
      Anything else
      But "a love story"

      I will cure you
Because you need to laugh your soul out
      And I'll thank you
      When we'll exit
      A "right" restaurant
      I'll look from down here
The skyscraper of your breathtaking heels
      And I will ask you
If this time too I am the one that is wrong
      And we'll make love
      In the middleof a storm
Between the lights in the centre
Between the statues made of salt
      With a crazy heart
      Like two lovers
      Like two lovers
      That have nothing to do
      That have
      Nothing else
      But "a love story"

      Beautiful imho....Music & lyrics

I would like to meet you outside the gates of a factory (plant),
I would like to meet you along the roads leading to India
I would like to meet you but I do not know what I would do:
perhaps I 'd suddenly cry of joy.

I would like to find you while you sleep in a sea of grass
and then take you to my house on the cliff,
show you  the memories of what I have been,
show you  the statue of what I am now.

I would like to know you but I do not know what to call you,
I would like to follow you but the people overwhelms you:
I was waiting for you  when it was raining outside,
and my room was filled with silence for you.

I would like to meet just when I'm  about to fall,
among  thousand faces just recognize you,
sing your song, sing it to me:
maybe one day I'll sing for you.

I would like to know you but I do not know what to call you,
I would like to follow you but the people overwhelms you:
I was waiting for  you when it was raining outside,
and my room was filled with silence for you.

I would like to meet you outside the gates of a factory,
I would like to meet you along the roads leading to India
I would like to meet you but I do not know what I would do:
perhaps I'd suddenly cry of joy

The TV remains off and I don't watch it anymore
I feel a lump in my throat that is difficult to swallow
I'm smoking a little, I go through the curtains
Grey skies lead me, I'm not leaving because I'm overtaken by
A nostalgy that rises slowly, like never before
I'm thinking about you, I'm asking myself now where are you and what you do
Who knows if you have ever thought about me
About our fire that was burining and now became ashes
But everything goes by, and even if it feels strange I'm smiling, because I know
That today I won't call you up
Whatever will be, will be - and I'm ok with it
Whatever was, it's now gone away and it's past if you keep it
And it's already raining really hard, the rain wets my skin
But I'll dry myself because I know
That time moves in circles, and a little time is what it takes
While a good guy is warding off evil spirits
      Waiting for the sun

Today there's no sun around to save me
To shine and warm me up
      I want the sun
I'm searching for a new light in the confusion of a good guy

And today is just like yesterday
But maybe it's just a sensation
Invention of the good guy's mind
      There will be no sun
It will seem that everything stays the same
      Whatever will be, will be
      I'm in a bad mood
But no one calls me and I don't know who to call
I'm trying to move on and think only about what I have to do
Oh, Jesus, Jesus, I'm the victim of demons which are coming back for me
My naughty thoughts that are waiting for me
      Haunting, talking and talking
Where are the rays that were warming up the good guy
Where are the others who choosed to be like me, now that I'm in the cyclone
Later on I'll find my remedy
Later on I'll mix the roots and culture, pure energy
The music dedicates me these words
I'll chase these rhymes and I know that sun will come back sooner or later

Today there's no sun around to save me
To shine and warm me up
      I want the sun
I'm searching for a new light in the confusion of a good guy

      Whatever happens, happens itself
I only count on myslef, and I already know that you already know that
Boy does what he has to do when there's no love
I must beg because there's a lack of money in my pocket
It's always more and more difficult to keep yourself calm in such situation
I don't want to do it anymore
I'm starting from zero, I know that in this way I have to go but
There's no light anymore, only a darkness that hurts
There's no peace anymore, only the anger that grows every day
I know very well where I'm now and I want to stay here
Feel the beat, if you're listening come and pick me up
      Kidnap me
      Music strikes the heart
Boom cha boom and there's no pain anymore
Stretch out your healing hands to the good guy
While he's waiting for the sun

Today there's no sun around to save me
To shine and warm me up
      I want the sun
I'm searching for a new light in the confusion of a good guy
