Special - the balance of news
from Baghdad to Basra extends the crisis of the selection of neo-conservatives and calls corresponding to change and appeal and are all this amid unprecedented political strife to such an extent that would disrupt the interests of citizens and perhaps destabilize the security situation, as happens in the province of Basra, On conservative positions, the patience of citizens is prolonged and may not last indefinitely.
The Baghdad Provincial Council voted on Wednesday (December 12, 2018) for the choice of Fadhil Hussein al-Shuwaili (the reform candidate) as governor of Baghdad.
The Council of Baghdad faces two problems with the choice of the governor: first, the former governor did not submit his resignation to join the parliament, and the second, announcing the inclusion of the member of the Council, which presided over the election process accountability and justice.
Members of the State of Law coalition refused to choose al-Shouaily as governor. While the session was considered illegal.
"The governor, Atwan al-Atwani, has not submitted his resignation, so a new governor can not be elected," said a member of the Baghdad council, Saad al-Muttalibi.
He added that "the reform movement did not know about the legal matters and the holding of the session without the President of the Council and without his deputy and without a neutral body and therefore the election of Fadel Shweili illegal," and wondered, "How to maintain one conservative?"
Al-Mutlabi asserts that "Atwan did not take the constitutional oath and remains governor of Baghdad as he holds the Republican decree."
The member of the Council, that "an appeal was filed with the Administrative Court of Justice in the election of Shuweili, and decide the case will be the Iraqi judiciary."
For his part, considered the candidate for the post of (governor) a member of the Council of Baghdad Falah al-Jaza'i, "the election of al-Shuwaili illegal because the former governor Atwan al-Atwani did not submit his resignation and still occupies the post."
According to informed sources, "Atawani submitted to the judiciary proves the election of al-Shuwaili governor of Baghdad is invalid and illegal, in addition to Atwani is still a conservative of Baghdad full powers."
In Basra, the Council of Governors failed more than once to hold a full session to elect an alternative governor to the current governor of the parliamentary elections, As'ad al-Eidani, the last of which was on Friday, December 14, 2018. The council was unable to hold a new meeting.
The governor of Basra, As'ad al-Eidani, said that "the announcement of the opening of the nomination for the post of governor by the Vice-President of the Council is not based on a legal text," noting that "the Legal Department in the Office of the province sent a letter to the provincial council clarifies the legal violation related to opening the nomination for the governor" .
"The post of governor of Basra is not concerned with the political agreements that are taking place in Baghdad, and if it is my position as a parliamentary, I am ready to give up the membership of Parliament in exchange for my stay as governor of Basra, in order to serve the people of my province.
He explained that "my exit from the position will not be arms or side agreements, but in accordance with the law," noting that "the recent financial audit report confirmed the absence of any financial irregularities in Basra since I took over the post."
He points out that "
The Basra Council held an emergency special session (Friday, December 14, 2018) to choose a new governor, but the protests of the people prevented the Council from holding it. The protesters surrounded the council members inside the building.
For his part, stresses the head of the Alliance of Reform and Reconstruction Ammar al-Hakim, saying: "It is the era of reform, which should start from Basra Fayhaa Iraq's economic kiss and southern snakes."
He added that "choosing the Governor of Basra should not be governed by trade deals or agreements of interest, nor political scenes or external agendas."
Al-Hakim calls for "this decision to be taken visually by the people's movements, the influential tribes, the conscious youth and the parties concerned under the constitution and the law." He called for the "equitableization of Basra as a federation and making it the economic capital officially and effectively and representing it with what the government deserves."

My opinion is THIS is a False Flag event. THIS appears to be an ominous indication of Sectarian Strife AND/OR Civil War in a VERY economically important area in Iraq.

WHERE did the weapons come from????!!!

WHO supplied the weapons???!!!

HOW were the weapons paid for???!!!

I suspect THIS will NOT have much of a life considering ALL the OTHER Good News pouring forth!!!

JUST another bump in the road!!!

Go Moola Nova!
