Electronic collection

Thamer Hymes
For the purpose of facing the stumbling and corruption of the collection of electricity, water and taxes, and the importance of this, has been published media, saying that Iraq is moving to a system borrowed from a neighboring state in the collection of electricity, water and taxes.
The application of this system will limit my neck of law and will be a means of curbing networks of illegal interests that absorb the efforts of the poor and exhausted the low-income.
The difficulty of tax collection, which is a difficult figure in the budget, requires a serious confrontation, especially in the collection of customs tax. When we estimate the total value of our import of 52 billion dollars to be taxed 10 percent we have more than five billion dollars.
The indirect tax will send its lists electronically to the income tax departments to collect their direct tax. It will fill an important gap in the budget, the lowest of which is the public debt service, and the higher tax of the national product will go to enhance it technically and reduce its cost and expand towards the large production with its economically known features such as combating unemployment, Vital in our financial system.
In the electricity sector we have an experience that can be built on and benefit from. Electronic billing facilitates the difficult way of collecting taxes when there is a desire for real change so that the employee does not feel free to ride and considers it a necessary evil. The electronic collection is the biggest reformer to restructure waste and waste to reflect on budget.
Electricity.
Water is not for our electric pumps. We did not enjoy its durability during the day. The pump is an electrical burden and a substitute for the traditional water liquefaction, whose role is not due to the spread of vertical housing, but to the decay of the network and its aging.
Is not the electronic collection based on meters of houses and other facilities capable of filling gaps in the processing of good water with a new network and saving electricity
For pumps.
"We hope that the project, the memorandum of understanding or the good intentions will not be affected by the bureaucratic obstacles and the financial pretexts or the tenders." It will also serve as an administrative and legal infrastructure for the other sources of collection in the rest of the facilities. Accounting and electronic control.
In conclusion, we hope for our macro-economy to be electronically fortified to close and fill gaps of underdevelopment that accumulate and worsen in the presence of corruption here and another there.
