And yet you back increased spending and reduced revenue... Explain how that is conservative. Seriously.

B/A

explain/show where I've EVER said im for increased spending (minus military & the wall). I believe firmly that our Gov should be nothing more than a protector of its LEGAL citizens & uphold the constitution....period

I'll try speak slower this time for u.......I'm for fed gov only two functions.... 1)Protecting its legal citizens... thus military & wall.....2)upholding the constituition. anything else should be handled at the local level. If you don't see how that would reduce spending by nearly 90%, & curb our dependence on fed/gov  then I don't know what else to tell u

And that is exactly the true function of govt. Those two items ONLY! Agree 100%...

So, caz and markb57 our government shouldn't do anything but spend money on our military and build a wall? I guess they never served. Or drove down a highway. Or walked to their mailbox. Or took a walk through one of our national parks. Or... Forget it. There is no reasoning with the unreasonable.

Give me a year and I will drop the budget 90%. Then you cut taxes. If states want something or want to start a program, let them handle it. Or better yet, don't cut taxes till the 22 trillion is paid off. Then cut taxes.

I agree.. But the parties are enjoying their party too much.

not unreasonable....its what our founding fathers intended. All of those things mention (mail, national parks) were never meant to be under the umbrella of the fed/gov. that fell under Local/states .....nothing hard. Can you not see how much more effiecent that would be?

I can see the efficiency… I also see us with a bloated military policing the world. I don't think our founding fathers foresaw that. Or us giving every country in the world money. Or selling our oil, then buying oil from a bunch of camel herders. I know our founding fathers never saw individuals paying income taxes, only corporations... It was in 1913 when the banksters and corporate giants figured out they could make us pay. I totally agree, the government was set up to serve the states, not the other way around.

I don't understand how u get "bloated military". But yes end of the free monies to countries of the world is an absolute.....they hate us anyway and never pay us back. Flat tax on what one spends would provide more than enough revenue and rid us of the IRS. Abolish the Fed/Gov machine as it's known today would rid us of many ill's

I know people have made fortunes on this, but it scares me. And I don't like the idea of digital money... There will be no working under the table or hiding cash in mason jars out back!!! They will know exactly how much everyone has...
