He added that the efforts are underway for forming the new government. "Measures are being taken after finishing the manual counting and sorting for the election results to be approved by the top federal court," the spokesman noted. As soon as the court endorses the results, political blocs will engage in deliberations to form the biggest bloc under the dome.
