That only took 4 months, probably a speed record. I’m holding back from the happy dance. So this would almost, almost guarantee passage of what needs to be voted on. For a simple majority to pass of 165 and they have 177 in the bloc. I sure hope Sadr and Abadi explain that if they don't show they won't get paid. And they will close the cafeteria during any session on which there is a vote planned. I think they will work things out with the Kurds to get the HCL and Art. 140 passed hopefully as quick(not going to use the 4 letter word) as possible.
