Group Using West Virginia Model to Create “New California” Serves Gavin Newsome Notice of Constitutional Default

New-California.jpg

A massive group of concerned citizens and constitutionalists have had enough of the unconstitutional insanity taking place in the state of California.  This group is using the West Virginia model to create a new state that will abide by the US Constitution separate from the state of California.

The New California group has been working for months and years to get away from the radical and unconstitutional actions taken by the current leadership in California.  This group has created its own committees in counties throughout the state.

The New California group claims that they are well on their way to statehood.  Using the same model that West Virginia did during the Civil War, the group of patriots in New California no longer wants to be part of the unconstitutional lunatics running the state.

As Pelosi Departs Speaker Position, She Gets Herself Something Tucked Away on Pg. 610 of Spending Bill

“$65 million in two programs for Senator Leahy, and a federal building named for Nancy Pelosi,” he said, referring to Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont.

“Swamp gonna Swamp,” Bishop said.

The provision that renames the San Francisco Federal Building the “Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building” is tucked 610 pages deep in the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill — which clocks in at a whopping 4,155 pages in total.

The building currently contains office space for five different federal agencies as well as Pelosi’s district offices.

Democrats such as Lyndon B. Johnson and Franklin D. Roosevelt can point to the Great Society and New Deal programs as their political accomplishments. (Although most conservatives don’t see these big government programs as accomplishments, obviously.)

What is Nancy Pelosi’s signature legislative accomplishment? The 2008 federal bailout of Wall Street? The so-called Affordable Care Act? President Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda?

San Francisco Reparations Committee Mulls Paying $5 Million to Each Black Resident and Granting Total Debt Forgiveness

IMG_1746-2.jpg

California was never a slave state, but the San Francisco “Reparations Committee” is proposing to pay each longtime black resident $5 million and grant them total debt forgiveness for suffering decades of “systemic repression.”

“While neither San Francisco, nor California, formally adopted the institution of chattel slavery, the tenets of segregation, white supremacy and systematic repression and exclusion of Black people were codified through legal and extralegal actions, social codes, and judicial enforcement,” the proposed draft says.

“A lump sum payment would compensate the affected population for the decades of harms that they have experienced, and will redress the economic and opportunity losses that Black San Franciscans have endured, collectively, as the result of both intentional decisions and unintended harms perpetuated by City policy,” the draft says.

The committee is also proposing the debt forgiveness plan because “Black households are more likely to hold costlier, riskier debt, and are more likely to have outstanding student loan debt.”
