If that were only possible. As they are elected, their 'jobs' are over May 11th prior to new elections. Even when Jabouri added 10,000 IQD fines for each missed meeting, there was no improvement. And according to an Iraq newspaper, 100 folks failed to show up in their whole 4 year term. The only thing missing now is their usual news release about how much they 'accomplished' these last 4 years. But we didn't expect anything different, did we??
