Thank You for clarifying. Based on past and current events, a person, like Trey Gowdy, who actually observes and upholds Rule Of Law would fit perfectly and serve We the People very well during the Trump or with regard to any past or future or potential Presidential Administrations.

 

Current history has shown Ole Donald has NOTHING to worry about in the environment of ACTUAL facts and data without any Political Bias or Weaponization except for the miscreants who have and are abridging Rule Of Law to the detriment of We the People. Well, Ole Donald will serve them well with Rule Of Law and ACTUALLY be on to better things to serve We the People like he currently is doing using the Common Sense Thomas Paine described that the Good LORD gave him.

 

We the People may just avoid Voltaire’s lament and the consequences thereof regarding, “Common Sense is not so common.”

 

I suspect We the People will witness what the constituents have to say about all that to see what degree of Common Sense is really utilized - or NOT.

UPDATE: NEW YORK, April 16 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer Michael Cohen revealed in court that Fox News host Sean Hannity was one of his clients after a federal judge overruled his effort to withhold the client's identity.

Cohen, Trump's fiercely loyal and pugnacious lawyer, was in court to ask a judge to limit the ability of federal prosecutors to review documents seized from him last week through a warrant as part of a criminal investigation.

Cohen has argued that some of the seized documents are protected by attorney-client privilege or otherwise unconnected to the investigation, but Judge Kimba Wood rejected his efforts to mask a client Cohen had said wanted to avoid publicity.

(Wood also officiated at a non-denominational wedding service for billionaire George Soros in 2013.

She was nominated as Attorney General by President Bill Clinton but withdrew in a flap over her hiring of a nanny who was not eligible to work in the U.S. As a cash-strapped student she once spent five days in a training course to be a Playboy bunny.)

EARLIER: NEW YORK, April 16 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer arrived at a Manhattan court on Monday for a showdown over documents seized as part of a federal investigation that could cast a harsh light on Trump's business and personal relationships.

Adult-film star Stormy Daniels, who is entangled in a legal fight with Michael Cohen, the president's lawyer, had been expected to attend the hearing. Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 in a 2016 agreement for her to keep quiet about a sexual encounter she says she had with Trump a decade prior.

But her lawyer Michael Avenatti was seen entering the courtroom without Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, on Monday afternoon. Soon afterwards, he exited and left in a car.

"I think Michael Cohen is in a lot of trouble," Avenatti told reporters outside the courthouse. Avenatti and Daniels are not parties in the court case.

Cohen, Trump's fiercely loyal and pugnacious lawyer, is in court to ask a judge to limit the ability of federal prosecutors to review the documents, seized from him last week.

He has asked the court to give his own lawyers the first look at the seized materials so they can identify documents that are protected by attorney-client privilege.

Failing that, they want the court to appoint an independent official known as a special master, a role typically filled by a lawyer, to go through the documents and electronic data seized under a warrant and decide what prosecutors can see.

Prosecutors have asked that the seized documents be reviewed for attorney-client privilege by a "filter team" of lawyers within their own office, who would be walled off from the main prosecution team.

A lawyer for Trump, Joanna Hendon, asked in a filing on Sunday to be allowed to review documents that in any way relate to the president, which she described as being seized amid a "highly politicized, even fevered, atmosphere."

Lawyers for Cohen appeared without their client at a hearing Friday before U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood in Manhattan federal court. The judge ordered that Cohen himself be present Monday so that he could answer questions about his clients.

Cohen's lawyers say that Cohen should not be required to turn over the names. They disclosed in a court filing on Monday that Cohen had at least 10 clients in 2017 and 2018, and that he did "traditional legal tasks" for three of them, including Trump, Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy and a third who asked not to be named.

Cohen arranged a $1.6-million payment to secure the silence of a former Playboy model who said she became pregnant by Broidy, a person familiar with the matter said Friday.

Cohen did not respond to a request for comment.

Last week's raids came after a "months-long" investigation of possible crimes related largely to Cohen's business dealings, rather than his work as a lawyer, prosecutors have said.

A person familiar with the raids said last week that the information Federal Bureau of Investigation agents were seeking included information about payments to Daniels.

The raids were based partly on a referral by the Office of Special Counsel, Robert Mueller, who is investigating possible collusion between Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russia, according to court filings.

Trump has called Mueller's probe a "witch hunt" and denied any collusion.

Todd Harrison, a lawyer for Cohen, said at Friday's hearing there were thousands of documents seized that were likely privileged, and that many related to clients other than Trump.

The DOJ, the FBI, and the Southern District of NY Judge are deep state plants at the higher up level , placed by the Dems and Republican Swamp Monsters. Sessions who heads the DOJ is spineless. Take Muller's statement, Donald Trump is not the target of a criminal investigation. Muller's investigation was meant to investigate crimes associated with Russia via ad's, propaganda. and criminal cyber activity; in order to win the 2016 Presidential Election. With all this said, the Muller Investigation should be closed. This is not a firing of Muller, it is simply that the conclusion of the investigation has arrived. Jeff Session should move on this now. Then he should replace his second in command and all support staff held over from the previous administration; in the DOJ and the FBI. Emotions, vindictiveness, and politicization should not be in the mind of law enforcement officials, period.

If Trump appointed them, and they  dare to perform their jobs in ways that are unconstitutional such as baring false witness to judges on any court to get a warrant inorder  to spy on US citizens or their duly elected POTUS; if they depart from the law of the land as in crossing the line between lawyer  & client privilege; or passing on information discovered in one investigation that clears the target, and shop said information to a sympathetic Southern NY US District Court JUdge and Assistant US D.A. only to attempt a second bite from the poisoned apple in hopes of proving a crime based on said tainted information ... well then maybe Trump should replace them all. When even Muller recently said that there is "no criminal investigation in which Mr Trump is the target then Mr Sessions should close down the Special Investigation into Russian collusion as it relates to Trump, and turn the full force of your temporary assignment and focus your investigation on Russian collusion on the trail of evidence that points to  HRC, The DNC, Fusion GPS, Comey and Lynch.
