THE COUP AGAINST TRUMP! FBI RAID ON TRUMP'S ATTORNEY MICHAEL COHEN!

Recommended Posts

TRUMP LAWYERS RAIDED BY THE FBI

So I am wondering if Mueller and the FBI used the same process to get this warrant as they did for the FISA warrants?

If you don't see a political COUP and take down of this President by the Deep-State, you are truly blinded by your Ideology and hate.

This Coup idea?. Is Trump hiring the enemy? Or is everyone in the world he knows out to get him... You seem to have forgotten, these are his guys.... The FBI, The Justice Department,  the judge who signed the warrant. If the conspiracy is that big, it is time to join The Illuminati.... LOL

A Fox News legal analyst who has the ear of Donald Trump has explained why the FBI raid of Michael Cohen’s office should leave the president with significant cause for concern.

Mr Trump denounced the raid as a break-in and a “disgraceful situation” that was part of an “attack on what we all stand for” by special counsel Robert Mueller.

Agents carried out a search on Monday, seizing records on subjects reportedly including a $130,000 (£92,000) payment to adult actress Stormy Daniels, who claims she had sex with Mr Trump.

But Andrew Napolitano, a former New Jersey Superior Court judge, suggested it was the approval of the search warrants themselves that may spell the most trouble for the president and his lawyer.

Mr Napolitano told Fox News that under normal circumstances Mr Trump would receive attorney-client privilege over his communications with Mr Cohen, but that this would not apply “if there is a serious allegation of unlawful activity, by the lawyer with the client”.

“There must be some evidence presented to a federal judge here in New York City sufficient to persuade that judge to sign a search warrant to permit the FBI in broad daylight to raid an attorney’s office, particularly when that attorney has one client and it happens to be the president of the United States,” Mr Napolitano said.

“That evidence would have to be such as to persuade a neutral observer, the federal judge, that it is more likely than not, that among these seized documents is evidence of crimes by Mr Cohen or Mr Cohen and the president.”

On Tuesday morning, Mr Trump appeared to confirm his concern over the seizure of documents relating to his communications with Mr Cohen. He angrily tweeted "Attorney-client privilege is dead!", adding "A TOTAL WITCH HUNT!!!"

Mr Napolitano speculated that the payment to Stormy Daniels could be at the heart of the FBI raid.

“We know of course of the Stormy Daniels allegations, which is, where could this money have come from?” he said. “Would it be lawful if it didn’t come from Donald Trump? And if it came from Donald Trump, why did the president not acknowledge it?”

The former judge went on to reiterate the gravity of the situation, saying that for a federal judge to break attorney-client privilege, they must have “been satisfied that it’s more likely than not that in those materials are evidence of crimes”.

Mr Trump appears to respect Mr Napolitano's opinion and has repeatedly parroted them on Twitter. In February, the president quoted the legal analyst’s view that the Department of Justice had a “treasure trove” of evidence of criminality by Hillarious Clinton.

He also echoed arguments Mr Napolitano made on Fox News condemning US government surveillance, and has reportedly met the Fox News employee on several occasions since becoming president.

I find it very disturbing that the Mueller investigation was started and NO ONE could identify the crime that had been committed to justify the special counsel. Collusion IS NOT a crime, yet that is all we have heard from the DemoRats. And after more than a year of investigation they have nothing, Except, WAIT, the counsel has  unlimited time, money and tax payer resources to find something, ANYTHING will do. Let's search all of trump's life and if there is anything at all, let's hang him. Meanwhile a nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse in Demoroid land. Hill Dawg, Lynch, Rice, Obummer, Holder? Clean as the driven snow. Evidence abounds they have committed crimes and possibly treason and SILENCE!! Nothing happens. Sweep that garbage under the rug, forget about it, because Dems Care Deeply. And their intentions allow them to skate being prosecuted for crimes they committed. Which makes the Constitution and the Rule of law a joke. This is the exact reason these mental midgets want to change the Constitution. Remember when Bummer said the Constitution should say what the Gov Can do, not what the Gov Can't do. He would have preferred to rip it to shreds and urinate on it if he could have possibly gotten away with it. Really the Name Democrat Party should be changed to the US Socialist/Communist Party. Much more appropriate label.

My guess is that they included the "TRUMP DOSSIER" to get the warrant, like they did for the FISA WARRANTS. I wonder if they told this judge that HILLARIOUS & the DNC funded the DOSSIER?

And also, isn't it weird that they haven't taken the liberty to pursue a warrant for any of Hillarious'S lawyers? In fact, they gave anyone and everyone related to the Hillarious CLINTON EMAIL "MATTER" immunity prior to any questioning.

This is a POLITICAL WITCH HUNT by the Deep-State and nothing other. Wake up America!

The Cohen raid is a game changer: Trump's reaction tells us so

In a diatribe of extravagant narcissism the president called the FBI’s raiding of his lawyer’s premises ‘an attack on our country’

....Once again BA you've shown your ignorance...The Clinton's crime machine started in Arkansas...before Slick Willy went unaposed into the Lt. Governor position before becoming governor....Better check out Mena Airport....how both Slick Willy and his pimp Killary....used cocain and under age teenage girls to film hidden vidoes to blackmail their way to this very situation...There's a reason behind this coupe....decades of blackmailed pedophiles are facing exposed by businessmen that are now seeing what has been happening behind "The Wizzard of OZ" curtain on capital hill...There's a point when an intelligent person has to realise the magnitude of injustice and the belligerent misuse of power to pursue an obvious cuope...

All I am gonna say is that IF they ever get serious about investigating any of Corrupt Obummer Admin or the Hill Dawg campaign, the Clinton foundation or the Clinton ***** house and massage parlor, the garbage that is going to be exposed is gonna send some of you on here running for cover, And IF they get serious about investigating the corrupt Dems it could mean the end of the Dem party for a long time. What a nice ring that has to it!!

I'll be sticking around........Butter up that Popcorn........What I'm waiting for is the DOJ to hand over the info that the Congress has requested.  My understanding is the corruption within the DOJ and FBI will be exposed to the point that there will be arrests for crimes committed.

The DOJ is in "Contempt of Congress"....and the tools to get the info they seek are available.

It is sad that the swamp has become what it is........two sides battling each other........who really don't give a rats a$$ about what's best for the country.....

Let's talk Comey........former Director of the FBI.........he screwed HRC......the left wanted to hang him...........Trump should have let him go right away.........

The whole Special Investigator situation was initiated because Comey leaked classified info.......that was fake by the way.....thru a third party to the press........a criminal act........

Now take the gutless AG, Sessions..........who recused himself of all of this........ Another one that Trump made a mistake on in the "hire"........by bet is he's gone soon.........look for Trey Gowdy as a replacement......just a guess on my part..........wonder how easily he would be confirmed........I would guess even the left would see his value in that position....

Let's take Syria..........supposedly Congress is the only legislative body that can decide to launch............but as Presidents have done in the past.........bombs away.......

So the cartoon continues......but the "we the people" are all starting to see it all for what it is......both sides.........the main establishment players have to go.........I believe there is a move by the right to do just that........and I'll bet it won't be long before Pelosi and that Old Establishment Guard won't be far behind.......

Just some thoughts today..........CL

All great thoughts and opinions, CL.  The only thing I question would be Trey Gowdy as AG.  He's a man of great integrity and a staunch believer in the rule of law....I can't imagine him doing Donald's personal bidding.  The law will always be Trey's guide, not being Trump's lap dog.  As always, just my opinion.
