"The Japanese capital Tokyo today witnessed the signing of two agreements between Iraq and Japan, the first of which is the completion of the Greater Basrah water project to provide water to the people of the city of Basra," the statement said. On Wednesday, April 4, 2018, Abadi started an official visit to Japan where he met several Japanese officials.
