Safety AND Security. Foreign (US) private sector investment in Iraq. What are they waiting for???!!!

This appears to be a subtle call for the US & Iraq Strategic Framework Agreement (SFA) to be activated.

Maybe news that this SFA HAS BEEN activated will be an imminent precursor to the event.

Maybe somethin'. Maybe nothin'. I am leaning toward somethin', though!!! What are Your thoughts.....................................

Maybe.............................................

Go Moola Nova (YEAH, BABY!!!)???!!!

ABADI "we will chase the BIG thieves and recover the money they seized".  Still talking Abadi. How about some action? And not the little $50k here and there. Proof is in your hands, delivered recently by international auditors, that Maliki and crew stole BILLIONS. Take some action, press the currency value to reality and the US and friends will encourage that private sector investing you seek.
