....I'm really banking on...Iraq moving into Chapter 8 after the UNSC meeting...Not really sure 'when' the UNSC has Iraq scheduled for their sanctions reveiw...but it was released that Iraqi was put on the UNSC's agenda for review...The 25 year old sanctions are the only thing holding Iraq from Chapter 8...and the upcoming review can cut Iraq free of their sanctions...jmho
