Baghdad / Al-Ghad Press: 
Member of the Finance Committee parliamentary, Massoud Haider, on Saturday, not to respond to the demands of the Kurdish blocs resulting from the existence of a political will to keep the economic siege on the region. 
"All the Kurdish blocs have held several meetings with the government and other parties of the International Fund and others, but there is a political will to keep the economic siege on the region and not to respond to the demands of the Kurdish blocs," Haider told a news conference attended by "Al-Ghad Press".
"The time has come for the heads of regional parties to take an appropriate position with the region, because the passage of the budget by the majority is a clear marginalization of the region," noting that "the Kurds can not build a state of citizenship through this marginalization evident." 
He called Haider heads of Kurdish blocs and parties to "take a position and appropriate decisions to marginalize the region in the budget."

Do you think they need a rate before completing the budget?  They are enforcing a tax rate of 10% on the people with a program rate? Taxation? How is it possible?

That was good. When I saw 200% , I was thinking dinar for sure at 1 to 1.

Perhaps some of these MP's that are criminals will be arrested before they can benefit from anything good or bad voted into this budget .

Not very fair when you consider its Parliment that is causing the people to have to drink so heavily! I mean the people should get a write off for alcohol consumption over there!
