MP on the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Abdelkader Mohammed, on Thursday, not to vote on the budget law during the parliamentary session scheduled to be held today.

"The meeting of the three presidencies will resolve the differences on the law of the general budget," likely to "not vote on the law during today's meeting," Mohammed said in a statement received by Mawazine News.

The adviser to the Parliament of the Kurdistan region Tariq Jawhar, on Thursday, that the financial budget for the current year included a violation of the paragraphs of the Constitution since the first day of writing, pointing to the lack of reliance on the political blocs in Baghdad and better to withdraw from the process.

"The budget for the current year included an overrun on the paragraphs of the Constitution since the first day of writing, when I addressed the Kurdistan region of the provinces and the region of northern Iraq," he said in an interview with Mawazine News.

"We have to rely on the political blocs in Baghdad and it is better to withdraw from the process, because of what Baghdad and its parties have been doing for years, taking decisions without reference to the Kurds and take their opinion and observations."

"The vote on the budget without the presence of the Kurds will not be a shocking decision for us," Jouhar said, calling on the Kurdish parties to unite their vision to reform the regime in Kurdistan and leave differences within the Kurdish house because today the people are starving.

And faces the budget decision objections by the Kurds to reduce the proportion allocated to them from 17 percent budgets of past years to 12% during the current year.

The Iraqi parliament on Thursday called on the federal government to set a timetable for foreign forces that helped to eliminate the organization calling for the exit from the country.

The source added that the House of Representatives voted on a resolution calling on the government to reschedule loans to farmers.

The parliamentary Finance Committee acknowledged earlier in the day that it received observations on the financial budget for the current year from the rest of the parliamentary parties in the absence of Kurdish blocs.

A statement issued by Jubouri office said that during the meeting, finalization of the general budget law for 2018 was made. He praised the great efforts exerted by the committee in overcoming all obstacles and resolving the controversial issues that hinder the adoption of the budget law within its constitutional time.

The statement said Jubouri said that the ongoing discussions led to a satisfactory formula for all parties, adding that the end of the budget law will give messages of reassurance to all parties that the next phase will see the start of the page of construction and reconstruction and the return of security and stability in the country.

To the source told the parliamentary twilight news, that the Kurdish blocs did not attend this meeting not to implement their demands to increase the share of the Kurdistan Region of the federal budget for the current year after the Iraqi government decided to reduce them from 17% to 12%.

MP MP for the Badr parliamentary bloc Razaq Muhaibis, on Thursday, that the House of Representatives did not reach the results allow to pass the federal budget by political consensus, calling for the passage of the majority through the National Alliance . 

He said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The Iraqi Council of Representatives and three months ago did not reach the results allow to pass the federal budget by political consensus," noting that "the Iraqi people is waiting for approval of the budget, therefore, the option of passing by a majority is the only remaining solution."


He added that "the National Alliance as the largest parliamentary bloc has to mobilize efforts to complete the quorum of the next meetings and pass the budget by a majority, because we believe that the passage will not be only a majority." 

The Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri , on Wednesday, all deputies to attend a meeting on Thursday to vote on the law of the financial budget for 2018, saying that delaying the adoption of the budget will cause a "significant obstruction" in the work of state institutions.
