Ghadhban: Baghdad is expected to stop sending more money to Kurdistan

Deputy Prime Minister for Energy and Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban predicted that the federal government will stop sending more money to the Kurdistan Regional Government in Arbil.
"My expectations are that there will be no financial transfer to the region more than the four-month benefits, because the provincial government has not delivered any barrels of oil to the federal government," Ghadhban said in a press statement. 

"We are in front of the budget and it is binding on both parties and voted by the Kurdish bloc, which is a federal law that binds everyone." 

He explained that "the region has not fulfilled its commitments according to the operative provisions of the budget law will cut off money from the region." 

He added that the budget is the product of the consensus of the deputies of the various blocs, a legislator of the highest legislative authority in the State and represented by the House of Representatives. " 

It is worth mentioning that according to the federal budget law, the region to hand over 250 thousand barrels of crude oil per day to the Federal Oil Marketing Company" "But the region did not deliver any oil to Baghdad.

Interesting move NOW THAT Kurdistan HAS AGREED to the Insanian, to INCLUDE the Insanian IRGC, Spanctions.

 

LOOKS like the cash to Kurdistan is being CUT to allow for more funds (for NOW) to be funneled to the Insanians to INCLUDE the Insanian IRGC.

It is understood that according to the sanctions the new trading is in rials and dinars  ....no more dollars... since insanians do not have access to international banking systems to get dollars in which way those devalued dinars can be useful for them..under the mattresses ? ..wallpaper ? the same for the iraqis .. what benefits to them to be receiving rials?..                          Have a nice weekend everybody...                                            Hasta la vista baby ¡  :)

The "money" "balance" DOES NOT seem to fit on Iran. So, WHERE the money HAS BEEN coming from ALL THIS time remains to be seen. Seems like the more the legitimate sources of funds dry up, the more the OTHER sources of income WILL BECOME visible for the Insanians, to INCLUDE the Insanian IRGC, to maintain BASIC levels of Corruption AND Terrorism in the Muddle East AND the rest of the World.

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) announced on Monday the date for the election of a new governor of Kirkuk. 
"When the president of the Kurdistan region assigns the prime minister to form a new government then the agreement between the two parties on Kirkuk will come into effect by choosing a governor," said Rizgar Ali, a member of the political bureau of the bloc. 
He added that "the decisive opinion of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan to be the post of governor of the party," noting: "We have not heard from members of the Kurdistan Democratic Party that they oppose the assignment of this position to the National Union."
