The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, on Sunday, an agreement to be in 2019 date to end the system of compulsory savings for employees of the Kurdistan region. 
"The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) will work to end the saving of the salaries of the employees in a final way," said a member of the Union's leadership council, Nasrallah Surgi, told Mawazine News. 
"The economic situation in the region has improved qualitatively after the end of the war on Dahesh, and many foreign companies are starting to return to invest in the territory of the region." 
He added that "the region is a safe and attractive environment for investment," stressing that "the Parliament of Kurdistan next to facilitate and enact laws that encourage investors more and the region ahead of the stage of economic prosperity, but we need political stability generates this prosperity."
"There is an agreement that there is no saving in the salaries of 2019 for the employees of the region and is distributed monthly on every 30 days," he said.

The Vice-President of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Bashir Haddad participated in a seminar organized by the Center for Studies, which was under the title (the future of relations between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region in the light of changes) to Mohamed Hammondi, and attended by a number of parliamentarians, intellectuals and politicians at the headquarters of the Union of Kurdistan Parliamentarians in Erbil .

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives during a speech at the symposium on the need to work to implement the paragraphs of Article 140 in the Iraqi Constitution and secure financial dues for the Kurdistan Region and all Iraqi provinces, taking into account the proportion of the disadvantaged and the need for reconstruction and services in the budget.

He stressed the need to abide by the Constitution in resolving all problems between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region.

Reads like  the central government , is still holding tight the article 140  cash for each provinces... ( Can hear the retoric crap-ola " we must have more scholar and professor teaching , and studying of the flow of cash ". As these dudes fill their own pocket and bank account !

The Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Regional Government, on Sunday, the salaries of employees of the region for the month of October last according to the system of savings.

MP Mariwan Nader said in a televised statement that the draft federal budget law for the year 2019 included the provision of 50 billion dinars to implement the constitutional article 140, returned that "a positive signal because the previous budgets did not include any allocations to Article 140."

He added that "Article 140 needs during the current year 420 billion dinars to end the stage of compensation for the injured, but was allocated 50 billion dinars only."

He added that "this will lead to delay the end of the stage of compensation for those affected," noting that "the compensation includes all the components affected by the demographic change operations carried out by the former regime in the areas cut off."

National Union: There is no objection to returning to the rule of the two administrations in the Kurdistan region

leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Saturday, that his party does not mind returning to the rule of the two administrations in the Kurdistan region. 
"The Patriotic Union against the Two Administrations in the Kurdistan Region," Mahmoud Sinjawi said in a speech at a ceremony honoring the athletes held in Sulaymaniyah and his follower Mawazin News. 
"But if the interests of the people are at risk, we have no objection," he said, noting that "the models of the two administrations are present in several countries and regions in the world." 
And the system of governance of the two administrations was prevalent in the Kurdistan region, where the territory was divided between the Patriotic Union and the Kurdistan Democratic Party ruling.
