The bank said in a statement received, Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "All banks and financial transfer companies to submit applications for the sale of foreign currency from 9 am to 2 pm." "The window will not be able to execute these requests if they come before or after this time," the bank said. Perhaps slowly closing the dependency on the auctions until that time ( 1st quarter they apparently said ) the auctions are discontinued.
