It does seem that using a little common sense any of us should be able to come to the logical conclusion that in this case there is definitive evidence of bias by some high level FBI participants.  The FISA courts were intentionally given information based on a news article. Wrong is wrong!

 

Those who were involved in misleading the courts need to go, no matter what level position they hold.

Every person and organization who incorrectly called out DJT as insane and delusional for saying that the Obama Administration was spying on Trump Tower was WRONG, and owes him a full PUBLIC apology and correction of the previously stated facts. I won't hold my breath for this to happen.

I'm quite familiar with the first 10 Amendments/CHANGES to the U.S. Constitution, a.k.a. the Bill of Rights.  I'm also familiar the other constitutional amendments.....such as the 25th, for example.

Amen to that B/A, as that is the bottom line. Someone, and their co-conspirators corrupted the top tier personnel at the DOJ, FBI, and the NSA, abusing a relationship they had with the FISA Court Judges; at this point that is a given. Won't cry over spilt milk, as I believe the above mentioned agencies and court will be rebuilt, new policies put in place, and all will be the stronger for it. Whoever is guilty of this crime, lying to a court judge, providing false evidence to build a case for probable cause to a judge, to get a warrant to SPY on Americans ... I just hope all involved will not get away with it. Someone has got to go to jail and many others have to minimally be fired and loose their pensions . I dare to say there is fruit from the poisoned well here. As such all convictions of offenses that have risen from the poison fruit being used, need to be overturned. Sadly.
