I liked your post...next time ash them what mobile r.....means.

I believe he is reffering to the smart card getting 'recharged'; being done electronically, once a month, (or over a timeperiod) for the increase in $ amount.

Basically an electronic 'charge' to the card?????? He seems to be waiting for the resulting increase on his card......... JMHO FWIW

Great post and not for any dinar info, at least for me. This post really brings home the possibilities for the Iqaqi people and a little bit of insight as to what they hope for. Very interesting and touching to an extent imo.
