Met "the Snake" in person in California. He was very nice & polite to me.

I told him I liked his jacket, he said he liked my accent...  

First time I had ever been to this race thing and

I was gobsmacked at the sights & sounds of this incredible sport !

Hair stood up, senses went wild & I was hooked !

True Story...the local news is reporting that we may set a record...a record of "hours" below freezin'!  It's been below 32 degrees since New Years Eve or something like that.  I can remember growin' up in Wisconsin and it not gettin' above 0 degrees for 2 solid weeks or more and having lows well below -20!!!  It doesn't take much to cripple the South in the winter...just sayin'!
