This is getting out of hand.....they need to specify a number of vacation days, sick days, postponment days, my camel broke down days, boycott days, and misc. days....

The Iraqi Council of Ministers decided yesterday to prepare a gradual plan to transfer powers to the liberated provinces during 2018.

The Secretariat of the Iraqi Council of Ministers - in a statement published by the Iraqi Information Agency (conscious) yesterday that the Council of Ministers decided to prepare the Supreme Commission for Coordination between the provinces a gradual plan to transfer powers to the liberated provinces during 2018 after the completion of the requirements for the restoration of stability in the three provinces, , Salahuddin , and Anbar ».

She added that regular meetings of the provincial councils in the same province for four months after the enactment of the federal budget law for the fiscal year 2018.

The Council of Ministers decided to authorize the Minister of Finance Agency to sign the Swedish loan agreement on the financing of a series of projects under the Ministry of Electricity with a total amount of 133.24 million dollars.
The Council of Ministers pointed out that this decision comes to support electricity projects and energy saving for the Iraqi citizen.
In December last year, Iraq received $ 120 million in loans from foreign banks for 2018 with Swedish guarantees to complete projects of the Ministry of Electricity and $ 160 million from the German Guarantees Institution.
In August last year, a British agency announced $ 117 million in funding for General Electric and Inca UK Training to help build two gas-fired power plants in Iraq.
In August, Japan agreed to a $ 195 million loan to the Iraqi electricity sector
