The Euphrates -

MP for the National Alliance Abdul Hadi al-Saadawi regretted the inability of the House of Representatives of the legal legislation of the Federal Court, oil and gas during its current legislative period, despite the importance of the lack of consensus between the political blocs, pointing out that the Presidency of the House of Representatives called all deputies to the mandatory presence to Next Tuesday for the purpose of legislating some important laws remaining on the agenda of parliament.

Saadawi said in a press statement that this week is the last age of the Council where the deputies will devote their election campaigns in preparation for the parliamentary elections on May 12 next.

He added that the lack of meetings does not mean the end of the role of the supervisory board, where the parliamentary committees will continue to work until July 1, which will see the end of the current legislative session.

"The mandatory attendance at Tuesday's meeting to pass important laws."

Now this is laughable. Unless they are voting for a pay raise or more holidays, these fools are done for the next few months. If those laws are so important, how come they meet once a week or every 10 days?  I hope they get someone else besides Jabouri next session that will press those idiots to take care of the citizens.
