She considered that there are three main reasons for the weak position that Iraq has become today and rejected the project of the "big FAO" The first, rejected the project by the United States, Britain, Kuwait, Iran and the Gulf countries, because these countries do not want to rise a strong and prosperous Iraq, but want to keep it weak and troubled Threatening sectarian and national rupture and separatist insurgencies and regionalization.

The report stated that the second reason lies in the “corruption of the regime in Iraq and the involvement of senior officials in the Kuwaiti bribes to strangle the Iraqi port and the abdication of Khor Abdullah. Of positions and features.

The report concluded that the only temporary solution to face the effects of the Port of Mubarak and close it forever is to build a huge barrier along the border between Iraq and Kuwait, four meters wide and seven meters high.

BAGHDAD -
Alia Nassif, MP, revealed on Monday, a report showing Kuwait's use of the agreement to regulate navigation in Khor Abdullah, calling on the three presidencies to activate the recommendations contained in the report of the Committee formed in the House of Representatives under the House Order 77 to investigate the humiliating agreement Khor Abdullah.
Nassif said in a statement received by Mawazine News that the report of the committee (77) indicates the most important points that include damage to Iraqi interests and benefit the Kuwaiti side through the Convention on the Regulation of Navigation in Khor Abdullah. The agreement signed on April 29, 2012, before the vote by the House of Representatives on August 22, 2013, and the lack of ship traffic currently requires the suspension of the Convention.
Nassif said that "the report contained very serious warnings that the Kuwaiti side under this agreement to monitor the Iraqi warships and to see the security movements of the Iraqi coastguard, and also undermines the sovereignty of Iraq because it prevents foreign ships coming to Iraq from flying the Iraqi flag, as well as a drawing It also gives Kuwait sovereignty over part of the shipping lane, something that it did not previously have under Resolution 833, while obtaining this sovereignty. Of x This agreement. "
"The report also makes reference to the fact that the agreement makes the illusion that it prevents fishermen from both sides from fishing in the canal. The agreement will also harm Iraqi maritime agencies that provide services to ships when they dock at Iraqi ports because they grant Kuwaiti maritime agencies the right to provide services. "
Nassif stressed: "The need for the three presidencies to implement the recommendations of the Commission (77), or the cancellation of the Convention in full because the channel is Iraqi and Kuwait has no right to it, while this agreement is a gift provided by the Iraqi authorities bribed to Kuwait on a plate of gold, it is a sale Money is not everything in this world, and anyone who receives a bribe from Kuwait in return for passing the agreement can swallow the bribe and at the same time repent and return to his senses and stop its implementation.
