Reconstruction of Minneapolis???!!! Say WHAT???!!! There does not appear to be a "Minneapolis" in Iraq. Some type of incorrect translation? Maybe.

However, there is an Iraq and American Reconciliation Project (appears to take donations) based in Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA) as noted here:

Too right js214 on both counts, however, Iraq & common sense don't really seem to go together ( not their strong suit, huh-). They are way overdue when it comes to standing up to be counted on the Global stage. The endless running of the mouth about all the things they are ( in fact they are NOT ) and/or going to do is beyond tiresome. . . and the world knows it !

It doesn't seem to bother them much, as the chin wagging continues unabated.

What a mob.

They'll care when they pass the deadline and the world leaves them to the dogs... would be a real eye opener for them to see what they could have been and blown it.I dont think that will be allowed though by the international community without sever repercussions at this late in the game.
