The Justice Ministry announced on Sunday the issuance of a new number of Iraqi facts, which included a number of laws passed by the House of Representatives and ratified by the Presidency of the Republic. 
The ministry said in a statement received by "Al-Ghad Press" a copy of it, "The new issue of the Iraqi fact sheet No. (4469), which included a number of laws and statements approved by the House of Representatives and ratified by the Presidency of the Republic."

"The number (4469) included the law of the Iraqi Authority for the adoption of No. (78) for the year 2017, and the law regulating the commercial agency No. (79) for the year 2017." 
She added that "the number also included Law No. (80) for the year 2017 law of the first amendment to the law of general amnesty No. (27) for the year 2016, in addition to the list of financial position and the comprehensive income statement of the Central Bank of Iraq on 31/12/2016 and a statement issued by the Presidency of the Office of the Presidency "He said.

The First Amendment Law guarantees the general amnesty law No. 27 of 2016

 

The new issue of the Iraqi Gazette was issued No. (44699), which included a number of laws and statements approved by the House of Representatives and ratified by the Presidency of the Republic. 
The Director General of the Iraqi Facts Department, Ms. Shatha Abdul Malik said: The number (44699) included the law of the Iraqi Commission for the adoption of No. (78)  for the year 2017 and the law regulating the commercial agency No. 79 of 2017. 
The Director General added: ) For the year 2017 law of the first amendment to the law of general amnesty No. (27) for the year 2016, in addition to the list of financial position and the comprehensive income statement of the Central Bank of Iraq on 31/12/2016, and a statement issued by the Presidency of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic.

Thanks DT...This's excellent news for the exciled Sunnis that were forced to run after the Shiites were handed the reins to Iraq's commerce, untiring the money pouch cord for Maliki and his goons to rob Iraq blind...Now people 5hat actually ran a business, that met payroll, can now return to their jobs of running businesses to establish Iraq new private sector...The people that have the most probable chance in understanding how to establish a working economy are the Sunnis, the Shiites were afraid of having power, now being granted Amnesty for their bogus charges used to take control of Iraq....

The Iraqi Reform Department of the Ministry of Justice announced its monthly position on the number of those released last December. 
The Ministry of Information said that the total number of released prisoners in the ministry during the last month reached (658) inmates from the ministry prisons in Baghdad and the governorates including (221) are covered by the amnesty year, and 72 of the women and 586 of the men were released after The expiry of their sentences. The Ministry of Information said that the reform department has made great strides in the field of release operations with the implementation of the electronic supervision system, which allows the possibility of identifying the inmates who have completed their judicial rulings and contributes to the determination of their files according to the legal period specified for release. The number of those released by the amnesty decree reached (6890) inmates since 11/2016 until 31/12/2017.
