First: Reading verses from the Holy Quran.

 

Second: Vote on the draft law on the ratification of the Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investments between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. (Committee on Foreign Relations, Committee on Economy and Investment). (2 articles).

 

Third: Vote on the draft law amending the law of the Association of Accountants and Auditors. (Civil Society Organizations Committee, Finance Committee, Legal Committee). (12 articles).

 

Fourth: The vote on the draft amendment of the second law of the Central Bank of Iraq issued by Order No. (56) of 2004 on the Coalition Provisional Authority (dissolved) (Finance Committee, the Committee on Economy and Investment). (10 articles).

 

Fifth: vote in principle on the draft law on the lease of agricultural land. (Committee on Agriculture, Water and Marshlands, Finance Committee, Economic and Investment Committee).

 

Sixth: Vote on a resolution on the water crisis in Samawah.

 

Seventh: To vote on the recommendations of the Committee of Expatriates, Displaced Persons and Expatriates regarding the return of displaced persons to their areas.

 

Eighth: Voting on the accession of the members of the candidates to the Committee of the kidnapped and the problem of Order No. (159).

 

Ninth: the vote on the accession of members of the candidates to the Committee to address the housing crisis in Iraq and the problem of Order No. (196).

 

Tenth: First reading of the draft law of ratification of the United Nations Convention on Transparency in the treaty between investors and States. (Committee on Foreign Relations). (2 articles).

 

Eleventh: First reading of the proposed law of the first amendment to the law of the electors No. (13) for the year 2011. (Legal Committee). (2 articles).

 

Twelfth: First reading of the draft law of the Sixth Amendment to the Law of Implementation No. (45) for the year 1980. (Legal Committee). (13 articles).

 

Thirteenth: The first reading of the proposed law of the National Authority for the Protection of Peaceful Coexistence (Awqaf and Religious Affairs Committee, Legal Committee). (14 articles).

 

Fourteenth: Report and discuss the proposed law of Babylon, Iraq's cultural capital. (Committee on Culture and Information, Legal Committee, Committee on Tourism and Antiquities). (4 article).

 

Fifteenth: The quarterly activity report of the Security and Defense Committee.

The session begins at 11 am.

A parliamentary source said on Monday that the House of Representatives will hold on Tuesday its regular session, noting that the agenda of the meeting included a vote on four draft laws. 

"The House of Representatives will hold its 30th meeting on Tuesday," the press office said in a statement received by the news agency. "The agenda of the meeting includes voting on the draft law on ratification of the mutual encouragement and protection of investments between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, And vote on the draft law amending the law of the Association of Accountants and Auditors, and vote on the draft amendment of the second law of the Central Bank of Iraq issued by Order No. (56) for 2004 on the Coalition Provisional Authority (dissolved) '.

The statement added that "the session includes voting in principle on the draft law on the lease of agricultural land, and vote on the wording of a resolution on the water crisis in Samawa, and vote on the recommendations of the Committee of the displaced and displaced persons and expatriates on the return of displaced persons to their regions and vote on the accession of candidates to the Committee of the kidnapped and the problem (159) '. 

The statement added that 'the agenda of the meeting also includes a vote on the accession of members of the candidates to the Committee to address the housing crisis in Iraq and the problem of Order No. 196, the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the United Nations Convention on Transparency in the treaty between investors and States, and the first reading of the proposed amendment law The first of the law of the electors No. (13) for the year 2011, and the first reading of the draft law of the Sixth Amendment to the Law of Implementation No. (45) for the year 1980 '.

"The table also includes the first reading of the proposed law of the National Commission for the Protection of Peaceful Coexistence, and the report and discussion of the proposed bill of Babylon, Iraq's cultural capital, and the report of the quarterly activity of the Security and Defense Committee." 

And raised the Presidency of the House of Representatives, Tuesday (October 31, 2017) the 29th session of the Council to another notice, among the parliamentary source that the meeting saw the rejection of voting in principle on the proposed law to amend the law of the House of Representatives.

So didn't we read here just days ago that the Kurds would all be in attendance because of the budget bill provisions reducing their share ?? I don't see budget discussion on the "to do' list?? And, of course, they are planning a YUUUUGE celebration when they announce ISIS completely gone. You know what THAT means?? Say it with me........VA-CA-TION !!  You have to admire their optimism in that each agenda lists 12-15 items they will accomplish, even when they only read from the Koran then immediately vote to adjourn, grab paycheck and head 'home' to England. It would be great if they would completely vote through 15 laws.....IN A YEAR. This is their first meeting in 2 weeks. Where's the urgency??  HCL and 140 won't see the light of day for a while. JMHO.

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives held its ordinary session under the chairmanship of a member of the Presidency of the Council Hammam Hamoudi.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the council held its 30 th session today, headed by First Deputy Speaker Hammam Hamoudi."

The session is due to see the vote on four laws and another debate

A parliamentary source told the whole of Iraq [where] that "171 deputies attended the meeting," pointing out that the holding of the meeting has been delayed for lack of quorum.

The House of Representatives on Tuesday voted to ratify the Agreement on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investments between Iraq and Iran.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the Council voted during its meeting today on the draft law on the ratification of the agreement of encouragement and mutual protection of investments between the governments of the Republic of Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran."

The House of Representatives held its 30th session under the chairmanship of a member of the Presidency of the Council Hammam Hamoudi

Kurdish blocs decided on Tuesday to return to participate in the sessions of the Federal Parliament, and to enter the session, which will discuss the budget next year. 
The correspondent "Al-Ghad Press" in the parliament, that all the Kurdish blocs, including the democratic and the Patriotic Kurdistan, decided to participate in parliamentary sessions.
He added that the participation of the Kurdish blocs, subject to the arrival of the budget of 2018 to the Council, indicating that, if the budget reached today and included on the agenda, the Kurdish deputies will enter the session. 
It is noteworthy that the Chairman of the parliamentary committee to follow up the decision of the House of Representatives on the deputies participating in the referendum of Kurdistan, Kamel Zaidi, revealed today that the House of Representatives, will decide today to suspend the work of Kurdish deputies participating in the referendum and refer them to the judiciary.

Parliament voted on Tuesday to postpone the vote on the amendment of the law of the Association of Accountants and Auditors.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives decided during its regular session, today, to vote on the draft law amending the law of the Association of Accountants and Auditors to Saturday."

The House of Representatives held its 30th session under the chairmanship of a member of the Presidency of the Council Hammam Hamoudi

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives voted during its regular session held today on the draft amendment of the second law of the Central Bank of Iraq issued by Order No. (56) for 2004 on the Coalition Provisional Authority (dissolved)."

The House of Representatives held its 30th session under the chairmanship of a member of the Presidency of the Council Hammam Hamoudi
