I hope this all moves a little faster as things in the Middle East take another turn for the more Bizarre. This came out in Zacks this morning.....

News of the World

"And disturbing news from the U.K.’s DailyMail.com reports that the Saudi billionaires placed under arrest by Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman three weeks ago are now being beaten and tortured as they are holed up in the Ritz Carlton-Riyadh. These billionaires include the man known as the “Warren Buffett of Saudi Arabia,” Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. These “interrogations” are reportedly being conducted by mercenaries from a private firm from the U.S. called Academi, the successor to notorious black-ops firm Blackwater. A spokesperson for Academi denies being in Saudi Arabia or ever having engaged in torture.

Reportedly, the Crown Prince is using these men’s incarceration — where they are reportedly hung up by their feet and beaten — to extort over $194 billion from their bank accounts and seized assets. In other news from the Crown Prince, he has more recently publicly called Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei “the new Hitler of the Middle East.”

This presents a shot across the bough on another Middle Eastern front for the U.S. biggest Muslim ally in the region. Stay tuned; there may be more darkness developing here on Black Friday and beyond.

The newspaper "The Independent" British opening of the Iraqi Foreign Minister, former Prime Minister "Ibrahim Jaafari" under the title: "Iraqi Foreign Minister, a psychiatric patient, taking social aid from the British government," the same newspaper said that "Ibrahim Jaafari, failed in his medical work, Because he was unable to pass the necessary test, for his difficult psychological state, and turned him to a specialized medical committee, being a hysterical living acute, which requires him to work.

We also saw the rest of the members of this party (and we mean the call), Abdul Faleh al-Sudani, the fugitive trade minister, who is rumored to have been arrested, and that he is another mental patient. And then followed by Dr. "Karim Abdul Khaliq," who stole a lot under the auspices of their leader and close friend, "Mukhtar Asr" and then fled to convert and embrace Christianity and accuses his Messenger, who was calling for his religion to lie! And the Kaaba is only (kiosk) circling around the ignorant! What mental illnesses suffer ?!

Today, the discipline authority in this party issued the right of the other close friend of "Jaafari and Maliki" the former governor of Baghdad, "Salah Abdul Razzaq" order to expel the latter, accusing him of files of corruption and confirmed charges against him, "Abdul Razzaq" submitted his resignation to save face (if any) , Pledging his leader as being on the same line! And this is a serious type of mental illness, it does not fear the law nor the judiciary (he is safe from them as long as his friends from their hands the government), but only that he was not expelled but resigned!

Abadi, the prime minister and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces (Kalashi and Kalashi), the other member of this party, the close friend of those we mentioned above, calls us daily "we will fight corruption" and "we will eliminate corruption" and ... Waiting ?! And our tongue says: "Shmatani ?! If you are serious in your cause, declare your withdrawal from this failed party, the patient psychologically, and start with the corrupts of its members, and show us your strike of iron as promised, otherwise you are them, but the most satisfactory, and will find no one to support you ...
Nothing left ...

What awaits the judiciary? When will these corrupt people be held accountable? They proved their corruption and were expelled from their parties! When are they being held accountable?

Confirmed the possibility of restoring billions of dollars
Baghdad / Emad Al-Amara
Economists have supported the government's approach to fighting corruption, expecting billions of dollars to be recovered if a national campaign is implemented.

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi recently announced the government's intention to fight corruption, insisting on cutting off corrupt arms through the rule of law and prestige of the state.
"The corruption of administrative and financial corruption is one of the indicators of economic failure; corruption is one aspect of the exploitation of power for private benefit, while the World Bank has defined corruption as an abuse of the public job of earning The private ) .
"Corruption occurs when the employee, at various administrative levels, accepts extortion or bribery to facilitate a public tender or tender, as is the case when private business agents offer bribes to benefit from public policies or procedures to overcome competitors and make profits outside the applicable laws," he said.

Pass deals
Corruption can be obtained by exploiting the public service without resorting to bribery by appointing relatives or stealing state funds directly, or by bribing bribes and commissions between public and private employees to pass deals and facilitate matters for foreign businessmen and companies.
Al-Ani pointed out that "other forms of corruption put the hand on public money and gain privileges in the job system, and this level is the most dangerous mechanisms of corruption
Prevailing ".
He added that "anti-corruption mechanisms are accountability, transparency and integrity to strengthen the work of government institutions with accuracy and continuity, as the anti-corruption institutions are the Integrity Commission and the Bureau of Financial Supervision and the general inspectorates in the ministries.

Lack of transparency
In turn, the academic economist Dr. Sattar al-Bayati, said that the financial and administrative corruption known reasons that lie in the absence of transparency and weak deterrent measures, as well as not accountability of spoilers who have been proven cases of corruption.
He pointed out that "the efficiency of government performance in the official and semi-official circles must be subject to administrative and financial control considerations, as well as the rule of law through its application to people and society; and because the rule of law is the sovereignty of true citizenship, and this is constantly guided by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers."

Reduce corruption
Al-Bayati added, "One of the important factors in the fight against corruption is the development of national culture standards and their dissemination in the various media as a method of educating citizens, both in government institutions and abroad, in order to contribute to reducing corruption and corruption."
"The spread of national culture against all forms of corruption leads to the strengthening of the national spirit. Article 72 of the Iraqi constitution stipulates that financial and administrative corruption is a serious crime."

Financial interests
For his part, Dr. Ayed Said said that "one of the main treatments in the fight against corruption, the government issued a law to hold various governmental and political bodies and individuals from the sources of their funds and verification, and the confiscation of all illegal money, movable and immovable, and hold illegal owners, and prevent politicians in power from Enter financial or commercial interests outside their jobs. "
"Other measures that contribute to curbing corruption include issuing a set of binding rules in order to reduce the gap between the various domestic anti-corruption laws and regulations, and to monitor the massive movements of capital and all operations that have no purpose or economic and legal effect.

50312.jpg

26th November, 2017

The Iraqi government is preparing " VIP " prisons for senior corruption suspects during the upcoming war of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the newspaper said , noting that Salah Abdul Razzaq will be the first scapegoat.

The newspaper said that "the governor of Baghdad, former Salah Abdul Razzaq, who was expelled by the Dawa Party days ago, is the first ransom of redemption, with Abadi announced last week that he will corrupt the corrupt between the return of funds to the state or imprisonment. The government of Abadi on the doors of a battle to hit the pockets of corruption .. And positions of support go on

17%20(1).jpg
2017-11-26 at 14:30 (Baghdad time)

A few days ago, the world saw Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi holding a broom and cleaning one of the roads in Karbala. Some ridiculed Abadi's dismissal of his jacket. He criticized the election campaign directly and hastily, but there was some enthusiastic applause.

The first message is linked to a talk of reforms and an early step to the election campaign. The chances of not holding the elections are in place, while the advisors of the second message were killed by justification.

But does Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi need ambiguous messages while he is clearly required to expose the corrupt and bring them to justice and justice.

  • Play with fire

Al-Abbadi returned again to warn the corrupt to play with fire .. He renewed his determination to repeat the scene in Saudi Arabia, saying, "Just as we (previously) pleaded between surrender or death, the corrupt have two options: first hand over the money they stole, and may receive amnesty in this case , And the loss of money and spend the rest of their lives in prisons. "

But Abadi's talk about the second battle after the call to hit the pockets of corruption rooted in the structure of the Iraqi state accompanied by a campaign against anti-corruption and corruption is echoed by all as if all the forces renounce the failure that took place and disavow corruption implicitly.

  • Is fighting corruption electoral propaganda?

The coalition of Iraqi forces warned on Sunday to turn the issue of fighting corruption into electoral propaganda or projects for political squabbling, expressing support and support for the initiative of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to fight corruption.

"The anti-corruption initiative and the liberation of national resources is the second page of the liberalization of cities," Salah al-Jubouri, head of the Salah al-Juburi bloc, said in a statement.

He added that "the initiative to eliminate corruption should not be locked in the files of the government and ministries, but must include the files of local governments and their councils and constituencies, because they also have significant question marks in the loss of budgets for the development of regions and governorates since 2004 to this day.

Al-Jubouri expressed his hope that "calls and demands of fighting and eradicating corruption will not turn into electoral slogans or projects for political squandering or a new method of excluding electoral competitors. This could lose the initiative and undermine the citizen's confidence in his government."

Paradoxically, the alliance of forces announced a few minutes after the Criminal Court of Rasafa specialized in the issues of integrity sentenced to six years in prison for the former governor of Diyala Omar al-Humiri on charges of corruption.

  • Al-Humiri prison sentence

For years, al-Humiri was the most prominent leader of the coalition of Iraqi forces and their candidate in Diyala during many election seasons.

"The Criminal Court of Integrity issued a six-year prison sentence against the former governor of Diyala, Omar al-Humeiri," Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar, spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council, said in a statement received by Mawazine News.

"The decision was based on the provisions of Article 340 of the Iraqi Penal Code to harm the accused public money by exaggerating the prices of materials purchased."

Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi announced that he is launching a major campaign against corruption, after the activation of the work of international investigators began their duties for this purpose in the capital Baghdad last year.

The campaign, which will be launched by Abadi, is expected by the political and popular circles in the country, after the end of military operations against a sympathetic organization.

The Iraqi prime minister said in a statement that "a large campaign expected to be launched against the corrupt and have to return the money they invented from the Iraqi people," warning "corrupt from playing in the fire, because their fate will be prisons."

The move was seen as a major development against corruption in the country, which suffers from lack of transparency and widespread administrative and financial corruption.

• Wisdom: the wisdom to stand with the servants

The parliamentary bloc of wisdom has confirmed to stand by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in his next war, which he announced to confront the corrupt.

"The fight against corruption will be fierce, difficult and long-term, and it will differ from the battle of terrorism because the enemy was clear," said Habib's head of the Habib bloc in an interview with Mawazine News.

He added that "the stream of wisdom stands with the prime minister and will not stand with any corrupt or defend him even if he belongs to the same bloc," adding that "the weapons we will face corruption are different from the weapons of fighting and urged."

"The prime minister should define the mechanisms by which he can fight corruption and win this battle, which needs legal and administrative mechanisms," he said.

• International investigators

Iraq last year signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations to involve international investigators in the files of corruption major priority, such as smuggling of Iraqi funds abroad and embezzlement in the joints of the state, where the completion of the preparation of large files condemning the figures in the political process.

Head of the solution bloc in the House of Representatives, Mohamed Karbouli also announced stand by Prime Minister Haider Abadi in his campaign against corruption even if the actions included officials of his bloc, stressing that the campaign is legal and not just media statements.

The head of the bloc, for / Mawazin News /, "The mass solution will stand with the Prime Minister in his fight against corruption rampant state institutions."

He called Karbouli, the Prime Minister that "his war on corruption is legal and administrative and not media statements only," stressing that: "We will be a supporter of him through the launch of education campaigns for our public and in parliament as well."

He added that "the campaign must include everyone and not be selective so as to exclude people without others, because corruption is widespread in all governorates of Iraq and all institutions and ministries."

The head of the bloc, we "will stand with the Prime Minister even if the procedures included officials of the block solution, both in the federal government or local governments," explaining that "we want to build our areas that were destroyed and devastation and the building of a new Iraq and a culture of good citizenship

With the help of the Iraqi prime minister, he is trying to get out of the Iraqi system, which has been fighting corruption for several years but has achieved nothing. There are 19 institutions, committees and bodies in the country that fight corruption but are ineffective and subject to political rivalries and party quotas.

He also sought to select independent judges under his direct supervision to investigate these files away from the Iraqi judiciary accused of favoring officials and not being held accountable because of pressure or under the influence of financial temptations, which observers considered implicit recognition of Abadi not the independence of the judiciary and the absence of neutrality in the work.

"There is a committee that includes a number of judges directly supervised by the prime minister to follow up corruption, waste public money, and investigate corruption files," said Jassem Mohammad Jaafar, a close associate of Abadi.

He added that "the formation of this committee of judges came to expedite the resolution of these cases and ensure their exclusion from the routine and political or personal pressures."

Like everything else that goes on Iraq; first you must endlessly talk about the issue ( always a lengthy ordeal ), then speak of it in greater detail ( beating the dead horse  :deadhorse:), then finally doing something about it " in the coming days " ( we all know this is an open ended timeline - "no commitments please" ).

Somewhere " in the near future " of 2018 we should see some action " moving towards arrests being made."

Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi announced that he is launching a major anti-corruption campaign after activating the work of international investigators who started their duties for this purpose in Baghdad last year.

Dismantling "machine corruption"

Iraq last year signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations to involve international investigators in the files of corruption major priority, such as smuggling of Iraqi funds abroad and embezzlement in the joints of the state, where the completion of the preparation of large files condemning the figures in the political process.

"After 2003, Iraq witnessed major and thorny corruption because of the deteriorating security situation and political rivalries, which called for the recall of international investigators with expertise and tools in the fight against corruption," said Haidar al-Fawadi, a member of the Integrity Integrity Committee.

Al-Fawadi said in a press statement that "the team of investigators presented to the Prime Minister Haider Abadi files serious and important condemning senior figures in the Iraqi government and political parties, and the coming days will witness a revolution in Iraq against corruption that gnaw the body of the political process."

According to international rankings, Iraq is ranked third in the least transparent countries, after Somalia and Sudan, while the money is smuggled abroad about one trillion dollars, and the funds wasted at home to more than 350 billion dollars.

Media reports indicate that the team of investigators has been given the power to investigate former prime ministers Iyad Allawi (2004-2005), Ibrahim al-Jaafari (2005-2006) and Nuri al-Maliki (2006-2014).

Exit from the Iraqi system

With the help of the Iraqi prime minister, he is trying to get out of the Iraqi system, which has been fighting corruption for several years but has achieved nothing. There are 19 institutions, committees and bodies in the country that fight corruption but are ineffective and subject to political rivalries and party quotas.

"The majority of information about currency smuggling and corruption exists in the United States and other countries, and Iraq can obtain it at any time."

"The arrest of large political figures within two to three weeks and their imprisonment, this is a first step in the fight against corruption, is supposed to be followed by other steps to stop the wheel of corruption or reduce in the least possible.

Speaking on behalf of the office of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi announced on Monday the start of the government's plan to combat corruption gradually, and confirmed that the results will appear soon, noting that the use of foreign expertise came to follow up the money smuggled and access to those involved in theft.

Newly-formed anti-corruption committee refers 18 Mins to Judiciary

The Chairman of the Integrity Commission, Talal al-Zobaie, on Thursday, announced the formation of a committee to follow up the illegal acquisition of some political figures.

"This committee will support the measures taken by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to counter corruption," Zobaie said in a press statement.

The committee referred more than 18 ministers in the previous and current cabinet to the judiciary and the Integrity Commission, he added, noting that there are other files that will be referred to the judiciary after ending the investigation.

Earlier on Thursday, the reformist MP Sadik al-Mahna said that the campaign against corruption in Iraq needs international support to be successful as corruption is spreading nationwide.

In a statement, al-Mahna said that the traditional measures to combat corruption in Iraq will not be able to permanently eliminate corruption because corruption turned out to be a mafia in which armies are protecting corrupted people.

The deputy of the Union of Forces Abdul Rahman al-Loezi, on Thursday, the government's intention to open files of administrative corruption in the auction of selling foreign currency of the cash reserves and the investigation of the family of all private banks and the extent of politicians involvement in the possession and transfer of funds and smuggling out of the country.

"The government will start in the files of fighting corruption from the auction of foreign currency and the pursuit of money smuggled from foreign currency and the extent of manipulation of traders and the use of names and banks to fake the smuggling of the dollar," he said.

He added that "the investigation of files of corruption will include tracking the money and return to the treasury of the state as well as a family of banks opened for the purpose of sale and smuggling of the dollar only and return mostly to politicians."

The quagmire is thickening nicely for ole Nouri al-Maliki and his cohorts. The international sanctions could be the huge and very effective lever ole Donald will use to smash the corrupt (and corruption) in Iraq and deal a nice neutralizing blow to Iran while simultaneously purging Iraq (and possibly other ME countries) of the IRGC, Qasem Soleimani, and other Iranian miltias!!!!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO............................................

Hey Everybody.....................................

Lookin' Goooooooooooodddddddddddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those interested, here is a link to why I think this investment is real:

Here is a summary of bullet points I made from back then that seem to be all near completion:

Here are some significant things I think need to yet happen before the value of the IQD changes upwards (not necessarily in the order noted or all of them):

1.       ISIS is, for the most part, exterminated in Iraq and Syria.

2.       Foreign troops (Iranian Militias, Turkish forces, etc.), other than coalition forces, are expelled from Iraq.

3.       The new Iraqi cabinet is confirmed and seated.

4.       The GOI is cleaned of corrupt politicians and new (relatively) non corrupt politicians are seated.

5.       The remaining critical laws are passed by the GOI and are implemented (including the HCL).

6.       Maliki and associates are on a one way ticket to somewhere other than their anticipated happy place.  Other major corrupt characters are also experiencing similar fates.

7.       The CBI has the Maliki appointments removed and/or replaced.

8.       The modernization of the CBI national and international standards and international connectivity is announced.  This piece is one I am pretty sure never existed before in and with Iraq and has been a major tool Saddam Hussein and other corrupt Iraqis have used to pilfer the CBI.  Less likely an option for corruption and pilfering if the new standards and electronic means are in place.

9.       A return of a significant sum (maybe not a substantial portion of all) of pilfered funds by Saddam Hussein and current era corrupt Iraqis has been returned to the CBI and/or rightful Iraqi entities.

10.   Iraq’s credit rating shows a nominal and reasonably stable foreign investment worthy rating.

11.   The dam before Mosul is announced as having been stabilized and is no longer a threat of collapse.  New loans are being sought to improve and/or replace the dam.

12.   Dr. Shabibi is announced as the acting CBI Governor (Ali al-Allaq is no longer serving any function in the CBI).

13.   The lower denominations of the IQD are announced as imminently being implemented.  The 50,000 IQD, and possibly the 100,000 IQD notes, may be a precursor to the lower denomination roll out to reduce the IQD note count.  Gold may be strongly encouraged as a replacement for IQD (not gold for USD).

14.   The CBI bonds offered gain momentum.

15.   The CBI currency auctions are stopped completely and are entirely terminated.

16.   Possibly, a national and international news black out (i.e. what in the world is happening now in Iraq and in relation to Iraq?).

17.   Possibly, surprising really, really bad news about Iraq (and/or IQD) and an extremely dismal outlook for Iraq in the short and near term.

18.   Article 140 satisfied.

19.   Section 8 satisfied.

20.   Iraq announced as a World Trade Organization partner in a significant capacity (maybe not full or maybe with some temporary restrictions).

21.   The IMF/World Bank loans have started trickling into Iraq.

All this to say, I really think this is all looking really, really good!

Go Moola Nova!

The sources added that Trump is studying Maliki's crimes against Iraqi people including ignoring Iran's violations in which Tehran looted 17 billion dollars of Iraq's oil revenues (14 percent of the annual revenues). This money enabled Mullah's regime to avoid international sanctions imposed against Tehran.
