Ok, this is what I have been writing about for the last couple of weeks.  I still need to see the Front End of this, which is them UN meeting with Kuwait and Iraq. It will not releive them of the payment but goes along way to release them. My guess is, if Kuwait is good with it then the UN will honor the deal.  Iraq is released, National Oil Compnay and HCL get done, then BANG RV.

BAGHDAD –  U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is on an unannounced trip to Iraq just hours after returning from a similar surprise visit to Afghanistan.

Tillerson arrived in Baghdad Monday evening for talks with senior officials about Iran, a newly invigorated Kurdish independence movement and efforts to rebuild after the defeat of the Islamic State group in major towns and cities.

Tillerson flew into Iraq from Qatar. Earlier in the day, he visited Afghanistan. Neither trip was announced publicly.

Tillerson has been making the Trump administration's case for an Arab alliance to blunt Iran's activity in the Middle East. He attended the inaugural meeting of the Saudi Arabia-Iraq Coordination Council on Sunday and urged the two longtime rivals to set aside past differences.

Trump: One of my electoral returns was a resounding defeat and therefore Mosul and Raqqa were liberated

23rd October, 2017

US President Donald Trump said the reason for the liberation of Mosul, northern Iraq and Raqqa in Syria, was the result of his election promises made during the campaign period for the US presidency.

Trump said in a statement to the US Embassy in Baghdad, "I am pleased to announce that Syria's democratic forces are our partner in the battle against Damascus in Syria has succeeded in restoring the capital, alleged terrorist organization, and our forces together succeeded in liberating the entire city from the control of Daash," noting that " "A resounding defeat in al-Raqqa represents a major advance in our global campaign to defeat the evangelist and its evil ideology, and with the liberation of a supportive capital and the vast majority of its territory, the end of a nascent state is on the horizon."
He added that "

Trump also said, "One of my primary goals for the American people in my election campaign was to defeat and combat the spread of its hate-based ideology. That is why in my first days of administration I issued orders to give our commanders and troops on the ground full powers to fulfill this mission. In Mosul and Raqqa, "he said." With our coalition partners, we have made progress against these evil terrorists in the last few months, more than in the last few years. "

"While we appreciate this military achievement, we also pay tribute to our men and women in service and all that they have offered to protect us and protect all civilized peoples from these modern barbarians," Trump said.

IMO this is only regarding their relations with Iran and not so much about their currency.

This doesn't excite me much but would love to be surprised!
