The House of Representatives, Thursday, its regular session to vote on six laws, most notably the law to amend the law of the House of Representatives.

The Information Service of the Council in a statement received, "Mawazine News / a copy of it," The Parliament is holding today, its 27th, to complete the vote on the draft amendment to the third law of the provinces not organized in the region No. (21) for the year 2008 (Legal Committee, the Committee of Regions and Governorates (The remaining 11 articles), and presented the report of the work of the Committee of Experts to select the members of the Electoral Commission for elections.

The Chamber added that "the session also includes voting in principle on the proposed law to amend the law of the elections of the Council of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013 (the Legal Committee), and vote in principle on the proposed law amending the Personal Status Law No. 188 of 1959 The Committee on Women, Family and Childhood ").

"The session will also witness the vote on the draft law on the ratification of the Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investments Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Economy and Investment) (2 articles), as well as the vote on the draft law amending the law of the Association of Accountants and Auditors Civil Society Organizations, Finance Committee, Legal Committee) (Article 12) ".

The statement pointed out that "the session will be during the vote on the draft law of the second amendment to the law of the Central Bank of Iraq issued by Order No. (56) for 2004 on the Coalition Provisional Authority (dissolved) (Finance Committee, the Committee on Economy and Investment) (10 articles), and presented a report and discussion project Law of the First Amendment to the Law of Elections of the Iraqi Council of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013 (Legal Committee) (Article 9). "

The House of Representatives decided Thursday to postpone its regular session to Saturday.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives decided to postpone its 27th session to next Saturday," citing the reason for the "lack of quorum".

The parliament was due to hold its 27th session, to vote on six laws, most notably the law to amend the law of the elections of the House of Representatives

You got that right 10 Years! Parliment just needs to get out of Abadi’s way at this point! Abadi is working on a signature from the Kurds agreeing to the HCL and an agreement concerning Article 140 once and for all. As a united Iraq, both should be easy for a giant like Abadi to navigate!!!!

On the related level, al-Jubouri, during a meeting with the Turkish ambassador to Iraq Fatih Yildiz, that «the next phase requires extraordinary efforts to start a serious and frank dialogue between all political parties to overcome the challenges to the political process in the country», noting that «the Parliament is keen to overcome all Obstacles and work to activate community reconciliation through legislation and laws that contribute to the security and stability of Iraq ». The President of the House of Representatives that «the redeployment and control of the federal forces on all disputed areas is stipulated by the Constitution in order to impose the prestige of the state and the rule of law on all those areas», calling on everyone to «calm and non-escalation and a sense of dialogue to resolve the differences constitutionally».
In another meeting with the French Ambassador to Baghdad Marc Barbiti, Jabouri stressed the "importance of the role of friendly countries in supporting Iraq's unity and working to consolidate the concept of the sovereignty of state authority in accordance with the Constitution," adding that «the challenges facing the political parties in the country requires more wisdom in Resolve differences through constructive dialogue adopted by all political blocs without exception ». 
Jubouri pointed out that «the post-urgent need to mobilize all the potential and energies to start reconstruction and construction, especially in areas affected by the control of terrorism, and work to return displaced people to their liberated cities and provide a safe life for them».

A statement of his office received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today, "Jubouri met with a number of elders and dignitaries of Arab Jabour areas in southern Baghdad, and heard during the meeting to a detailed explanation provided by the attendees on the reality of those areas and overcome obstacles in coordination with the relevant bodies, The reality of the security services, and ways to raise the standard of living of citizens. " 
The statement quoted Jubouri as saying that "the time has come to open a new page reflected positively on the lives of citizens daily and go beyond the mistakes that occurred in the previous stage," stressing that "the people of the Baghdad belt should take their role in controlling security and stability in their areas because the security file is the responsibility rests with everybody".
"The need to pay attention to the service side and to provide the best services to the citizen," he said, adding that the social and economic reality in Iraq faces great challenges and must provide real solutions to them. 
For their part, the elders and dignitaries of the tribes "the role of the speaker of parliament in supporting and supporting the support of clans in order to achieve harmony and stability in all regions of the country."

The House voted on Saturday to place judges at polling stations to supervise elections.

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the Council voted during its regular session today, on a resolution including the recommendation of the Supreme Judicial Council judges in the polling stations to supervise the voting, counting and sorting to ensure the conduct of the electoral process."

The parliament held its 27th session, chaired by its chairman Salim al-Jubouri and attended by 180 deputies
