2. The case was referred to the judiciary by the end of 2015. The sentence was issued only in mid-November 2018, which means almost three years later. Which - perhaps - weakened the issue in the sense of some people who have already heard the news of referral of the case since 2015. Although we bear the responsibility of this important and dangerous file, which opens for the first time in the history of Iraq so dangerous, but this interval made some people forget these issues sometimes, or accuse the body that it closed under pressure at other times, affected by what the corrupt say !!
Although we know that judicial proceedings are inherently time-consuming, we wished that, for example, if the judgment had been handed down in 2016, because of the importance and gravity of these issues, and because of their priority over other issues in the world Many things have changed in time in the anti-corruption file, which could have been a powerful deterrent to those who go beyond the law. Some parts of this article may have been correct before 2015, but they have changed completely after the new strategy we took in 2015. But because of the simplicity of some people and their lack of follow-up to our work due to the lack of coverage of the media for a large part of it and the inaccuracy of some in the investigation of information, That resulted in people believing such lies !! And despite our constant explanations for three years, unfortunately, such voices are still crying !!! 
We have the right to ask, and we are the ones who answer: 
Are the three prime ministers, ministers, members of the House of Representatives, governors, heads of provincial councils, members of these councils, agents and special grades who have investigated with them in dozens and hundreds of cases during the past three years are junior employees !!!! 
Does the duty of the Commission end when the investigation is completed - as the law provides for it - or is it the one that issues the judgment ??

In the face of these tendentious and arrogant voices against the Commission, we will have one or two scenarios:

First: the theory of good faith: 
If we take the theory of good faith in these voices, it means that they live in another world, and do not know what is happening in Iraq, they do not know and do not follow and do not read or hear, and like (Naim and his legs by the sun) !!
