The National Bloc Tuesday called on Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to abide by legal and moral responsibility to remove ministers involved in corruption, belonging to terrorism and banned Baathism and ending corruption.
"The legal and moral responsibility obligates the prime minister to expedite the deportation of ministers involved in corruption and belonging to terrorism and the prohibited ban, which he is promised to accomplish in the voting session on the government cab on 24/10/2018," head of the approach bloc, Ammar Tohma, said in a statement received by Mawazine News. "He said.
He added that "more than 100 days have passed since the formation of a government that includes ministers who have lost the basic conditions for assuming the lowest levels of public service, as well as the conditions of the government." The administration of ministries is a worrying indicator of the seriousness of the government in the creation of remedies and serious reforms or the fight against corruption and the empowerment of people with competence and integrity in the management of key sites in the country.
He pointed out that "the failure and failure to provide candidates are not qualified members of their families and their relatives close to terrorism and enemies of the political process calls for serious review and correct methodology and mechanisms for the nomination of ministers to vacant ministries," stressing that "the seriousness of the political phase and complexity require the building of a strong government safe without membership elements Corrupt or involved with terrorism or belong to the oppressive Baath, and without it it becomes a hotbed of corruption and an outlet for the arrival of Baathists to the positions of advanced power and decision-making centers in the state, "warning that" tarnished and delayed Prime Minister in reforming his government and cleanse of ministers involved in corruption Terrorism and belonging to the Baath will put him in the place of legal and moral accountability before the Iraqi people in general and the families of martyrs and martyrs, especially those who fought to fight the Baath and fight terrorism and defeat.

The biggest problem they have is the shear number of corrupt government employees.

They cannot possibly have enough prisons or secured space to detain the 100’s of thousands of corrupt people.

The employee training facilities cannot possibly be large enough to train a new work force. Nor be staffed by honest instructors.

IMHO they have a catch 22 to the highest degree.

They need to remove corruption, but the replacements will be under trained and soon be so overwhelmed that they to will become corrupt.

Without an RV the new staff will become as dejected as the current corrupt staff and soon realize you can’t beat city hall.

I would have to say some monumental changes are taking place if the following article is true?  All of the men listed in these articles left Iraq because of Maliki's corrupt government.  They spoke out against Maliki and at that time the corrupt Judiciary (Mahmoud) sentenced them, some of them to death under absentia!
