Yeah, I saw ALL THAT, Floridian, AND The Very Best Of Your Up Coming Weekend To You!!! :tiphat:

One angle I thought of was some sort of "amnesty program" where all the culpable are given an opportunity to do the right thing OR ELSE!!!

This is an article from 2017 while maybe the progress or resolution on some of these "files" has been or is being made.

Maybe more news to follow.

Go Moola Nova!

:pirateship:

Good thinking!

That would be a great solution.

Give up the ill-gotten gains and we'll give you a slap on the hand.

Except for Maliki.  We'll have to punish him severely.  😂

So who's left to trust?

No one .... for my part, I never did. What’s more, this is ALL in BILLIONS, not a “ millionaire “ in sight.

This kind of greed is just mind boggling astonishing !

I have been away from the site for a couple of years since the 2016 elections. I have become involved with the Q Anon movement and I'm starting to see some correlations between the movement and the Iraqi dinar. Who installed the current Iraqi government? It was Bush. Who was Bush a puppet of? It was the Rothschild Global Elite. Who owns the central bank of Iraq? The Rothschilds. Who owns the Federal Reserve? The Rothschilds. Part of Trump's plan if two do away with the Federal Reserve as well as other central banks around the world to bring down the Rothschild Global Elite. How do you bring down the central banks? Gold will bring down the central banks. When do you think we are actually going to get our money out of this investment? Look at the yellow vest movement in Europe. Look at the new conservative government in Brazil. There is a global movement to do away with the Rothschild Central banking system. We all know it's just Monopoly money. Trump is leading the movement 4 countries to actually go to a Commodities paste currency system. I believe those of us who can prove that are dinars came through legitimate sources will be able to cash in at the Dinars legitimate value at the time Iraq resets it's banking system along with other countries. Don't think that the so-called white hats are going to snap a finger and there will be a Global Currency Reset. The fact of the matter is that the Global narrative needs to be changed and that all the corrupt officials and bankers etc etc etc need to be exposed ousted and arrested. Now you have a choice. You can either wait and bitched and complain about when this investment is going to come through or you can play your part in changing the worldwide narrative. I really thought about just cashing in my dinar and putting the money into some other investment, maybe cannabis stock I don't know. But when I started to see what's really going on around the world behind the scenes and saw the possible eventuality have the value of the dinar oh, I decided to stick with it. Because what I put into it compared to maybe potential value have the dinar is an astronomical. But as long as the rack is run by krept officials and the central bank is run by the corrupt Rothschilds, we are going to see a damn thing. Q-anon is about researching and routing out and exposing the corruption in our country and around the world. We have to change the world before we see our Rewards! Anybody who wants to research q-anon, he's better off checking out the Q Anon groups on Facebook. Don't research it through Google because, well you know how truthful Google is. There are many Awesome YouTube channels Citizen's news. You may even find the video of General Flynn talkin about the Citizen news channels. He described them as digital Warriors and irregular warfare at its finest! But the whole point behind the Q movement is that you must research for yourself. You must wake up before you can wake up others! All we have come to believe through our media is wrong. The truth is out there. It's a sick world into the rabbit hole. The Rothschilds, Global Elite, royal families, Catholic Church, our governments, long suspected of the sickest of atrocities, are actually guilty of them. Do you really think they're going to allow you to cash in on your investment? More later.

Researcher Shatha Khalil

One of the most prominent results of the war in Iraq after 2003, the emergence of militias and multi-parties, including the powerful in the State, which is the kidnapping and robbery and seizure of personal property of the people, and then expanded and expanded to include the land and real estate of the state in Baghdad and the provinces, and led militias and armed factions list of those who inherit those properties , With government weakness to stop them.

In the shadow of Iraq's financial crisis, sectarian war, and then the war against the terrorist organization, the parties, political blocs and militias control hundreds of properties, buildings and sites in the capital, Baghdad, and other strategic, industrial, commercial and service provinces, and hundreds of buildings, palaces and tourist places, Which belonged to the former regime and its officials. Those parties seized these palaces in the southern and central governorates, while they recently took control of these sites in the west and east of Baghdad. The militias entered the Sunni governorates and took control of those areas. Nayat sites worth billions of dollars, as well as the capital Baghdad, which is considered as an undivided city between the armed groups and parties.

Where the parties have taken control of entire areas in Baghdad, for example Jadiriyah and Karrada vital in the center of the capital, for a particular party, Zafaraniya areas of another party, as each region in the name of a certain person belonging to the parties or groups implemented, or worse rebel against the law and the state is unable to deter, These gangs split and sold areas, for example Zafaraniya 28 camp in the first place, after the seizure and control was divided into 56 locality, which means that the shops multiplied, and the pieces are divided and sold in public offices, and is built on it is the property of the state.

Today, there are 291 random neighborhoods in Iraq, and the Asaib Ahl al-Haq, Saraya al-Salam and other militias control a number of buildings, buildings and sites in predominantly Shiite eastern Baghdad, such as New Baghdad, Mashtal, Husseiniya and Sadr City.
The Dawa Party controls parts of Muthanna airport and takes it as its central headquarters. These parties refuse to hand over these properties to the government, which is unable to hold these parties accountable. They are big gangs that support and control the state's assets. These parties and their militias are empowered to dismiss, exempt and install senior departmental and staff managers in accordance with their mood, animosity and personal and party interests.

Seizure and random construction in Iraq:
Studies indicate that more than 10% of Iraq's population live in random housing.
The latest study on informal housing complexes in Basra dates back to 2014, according to Zohra al-Jabri, the urban planning official in the provincial council, which indicated that 48,520 houses were randomly selected.
According to the Ministry of Planning, 3.2 million people, including women, children and men, live in about 4,000 random housing complexes throughout Iraq, which means that about 10 percent of the country's population lives in these compounds.

Seizure and random construction in Basra:
One in five of these random compounds is located in Basrah Governorate, followed by Baghdad governorate.
The Basra budget, allocated according to its population, depends on the official census, an amount equal to the cost of building each house built randomly, because these complexes are not proven within the population plan of the province.
As for taxes and water and electricity fees, the slum dwellers do not pay them, stressing that this affects the "budget for education, health and other services."

In Diyala
province, militias and powerful parties seized public property and claimed their return to political entities belonging to officials and politicians, but they were actually linked to state ownership.
According to observers, there is the owner of an orchard in Khanaqin exceeded the territory of the state area of 1600 m, and reviewed the competent departments on the grounds that the orchard continued to seize the land, and obstruct the work of the municipality in the retrieval, and many others are taking advantage of positions for personal gain and private benefit, On the existence of the phenomenon of bribes to complete transactions in a number of departments of Diyala province, which requires follow-up by the governmental authorities concerned, and the need to take all legal procedures to account for those to reduce these phenomena.
For her part, said member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary "Najiba Najib," The chaos that enveloped Iraq after 2003, and the absence of central state, contributed significantly to the seizure of political parties and blocs on real estate in all provinces under the patronage and nepotism.

This is in addition to the weakness of the SAIs and the lack of state control over the property, which allowed for the domination of the parties and even the armed factions to occupy the buildings, palaces and public properties, and the existence of some official bodies that take over the state's properties, but are not authorized to occupy these places. As they were unable to seize public property.
Najib added that the Iraqi state can bring lawsuits to the Iraqi judiciary and fined those who benefited from those properties that belong to the ownership of the people. Today, the parties in Iraq have huge property and are not poor.

The government's Finance Committee confirms in its clarifications that only 60% of the property is still available to the government, while the former government of Nuri al-Maliki has sold 40% of the state's properties. As part of its plan to face the financial crisis due to the decline in oil prices.

In a related context, described the member of the Economic Committee in the Iraqi parliament, Nora Albjari, the volume of corruption and suspicious transactions in this file as "the largest file in which corruption," asserting that "some of these real estate and palaces and buildings worth billions of dollars, while the government sold some cheaply, on The basis of which is the price of the state, or in the auctions it advertises, which are also corrupt, where they are not subject to the real auction criteria and are subject to the interests of influential people in the state. "

"Some political parties and personalities have taken over these large buildings, as if they were their own, and claimed they were sacrificing for the country. They have the credit to change the former regime, and so many properties have been taken over by this argument," al-Bijari said.
"Some influential people seized large houses of officials in the former regime that were overrun, and some of them visited her bonds and purchased from the state at cheap prices is worth nothing."

"Some 600,000 properties owned by the state are now exploited by influential people, and most blocs do not want to open this file because it hits their interests, explaining that some properties were sold to people and political parties."
Some of the properties have been rented out, some have been bought at low prices, and corruption deals are under pressure from influential people. These buildings are subject to the law of selling and renting state funds.

And that valuations were manipulated under the pretext of market prices, although these financial assessments are clearly damaging to the state. Such legal actions are subject to criminalization under Iraqi penal laws, and the Integrity Commission is competent to consider such cases when they are moved.
The phenomenon of the seizure of state property by political parties and militias has raised concern among human rights activists of the growing influence of armed factions, which poses a serious threat to their civilian lives and raises questions about the role of the government and its ability to stop this chaos, many of them say.

Will Iraq be able to uncover the truth of the loss of $ 12 billion in the Bremer era?

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq can submit a request to the United Nations to intervene in the recovery of $ 12 billion lost in the era of former US civil administrator Paul Bremer, the legal expert said.

Al-Tamimi said in an interview with Al-Masalla on Saturday, February 9, 2019, that "the dealings of the international judiciary need proofs of evidence, especially in financial files that need documents and receipts and people who testify to it."

Paul Bremer, an American diplomat appointed by former US President George W. Bush, was appointed US administration chief in Iraq on May 6, 2003, instead of retired general Jay Garner.

And demanded Iraqi political parties to work for the recovery of 12 billion dollars, lost in the era of US civil administrator in Iraq, former Paul Bremer after 2003, according to the Guardian.

"In case of Iraq, the evidence can bring the file to the United Nations because the American presence in Bremer was under a UN Security Council resolution and the United Nations is responsible and monitoring the decision," al-Tamimi said.

Al-Tamimi said that "if Iraq has the evidence and documents to be submitted to the United Nations through the representative of Baghdad in the United Nations and requests intervention to recover money."

Tamimi said: There is an international agreement issued in 2005 that requires the return of money smuggled by money laundering.

And monitored the "obelisk" movement in the House of Representatives to investigate the report of the British newspaper, on the responsibility of Bremer in the loss of 12 billion dollars of Iraqi funds.

Iraqi public opinion is concerned with the issue of the recovery of Iraqi funds and deposits in foreign countries, such as Jordan, which still maintains financial deposits for Saddam Hussein's regime.

The newspaper said in a report published that the United States transferred about $ 12 billion in the form of packages worth $ 100 US to Iraq, and then distributed without control over the expenditure.

According to sources of money and legal experts, the government of Iraq must verify the authenticity of the newspaper, and if this is true, Washington should be asked to recover the money.
