According to this article we are either now or have been exchanging.  No rates but we are exchanging. Go figure.

If you are not exchanging because there is no RV...it's all in your head. The Gurus wouldn't lie, would they?

1. Today Oct. 2 in Iraq thousands were paid on the new system, but not at the new rate.

2. Yesterday Oct. 1 in the US a lot of people had bank appointments.

3. Banks have been told that exchanges will take place before the new rates show up on the Forex.

4. They were cranking the call centers back up today Oct. 2.

5. Today Oct. 2 Exchange Centers were put on notice to be ready for exchanges.

1. Bruce received a call from an Iraqi citizen who has an apt. tomorrow Oct. 4 at an Iraqi bank to activate his Qi Card at the new Dinar rate.
2. A conference call of North American redemption center upper management and staff wrapped up tonight Oct. 3 where they likely discussed scheduling of a start date for our exchanges.
3. The 800 numbers may be released tonight or tomorrow Oct. 4.
4. This should be a day time event, which opens up the possibility of the RV tomorrow morning Oct. 4.

5. The Forex was put in a static position this afternoon and will remain so for around 24 hours, or longer until private redemption was finished.
6. John Q. Public was scheduled to begin Oct. 17.
7. Screen rates were extremely good - higher than we've talked about in the past.
8. Call Centers were on high alert tonight Oct. 3, lockdown lifted.
9. The exchange process shouldn't take more than an hour.
10. No zeros were coming off your currency for the exchange.
11. We will have structured payouts.
12. The Internet group which has privately negotiated rates, does not have a 20% for us, 80% for humanitarian split. We can choose whatever percentage we want to go to humanitarian needs.
13. The proximity for this to go down was so close that Bruce was wondering if he should have a call tonight.
14. On Sunday night at midnight Oct. 1 all countries of the world became Basil 3 compliant and thus were able to reset their currencies to asset-gold backed.
15. It will likely be a shotgun start with all groups going at once.
