The way I see it, Yes they can go "International" or "World Wide" without an RI or RV

But its a step in the right direction.

Just my take on this.... anybody else? Opinions wanted.... Please.

floridian, no one has that answer but i know it doesn't seem like it but there is a plan in place,  a country with the wealth potential and resources as iraq is not flying by the seat of their pants hoping it all works out , maliki's dictatorship and others hurt and set iraq back as we all know by years by their destructive self serving leadership  , abadi has done better we are on the outside looking in its all about iraq or that was the original plan anyways .. about the card i believe its the same as a debit / bank card meaning funds can be loaded onto it and used at pos, atm's, banks in and out of iraq many retirees live in other countries but still will get pensions / money loaded on the card , i'm just following along like the rest this is simply my thoughts only . at one time iraq was at the last section of this "Plan"  i'm thinking it was about the time maliki ran shabbs out of iraq by threatening arrest  ... all the best

Well, it is a step in the right direction. I think it is more of a cross over like combining 10k ADAY and Officiallytook. All have accounts in Iraq with the bank issuing the cards. GOI pays out to the cards and you can be anywhere in the world. I see this as more of the infrastructure being established. We have to have bank accounts, bank accounts have to have cards to get paid, GOI pays the accounts,  get placed on cards, people using them in Iraq, and people have them internationally and can bills at home. Infrastructure is working. Next step, we just need the RV and go live international.  Just a serious of things that needed to get accomplished to before they go live.

All of this won’t matter a damn if the foot dragging clowns can’t make it over the goal line. Of course I’m cynical when it comes to these fools - you’d get fed up too once in awhile if you had to watch the same low Budget movie over & over again for 15 years.

I know every page in this script by heart - ;)
