:twothumbs: 10 Years Later!

My question is, "If they knew al-Baghdadi was escaping in a Yellow Cab, how come they did not take him out with a drone"???!!! Certainly there are numerous armed drones flying around that could be dispatched at a moment's notice when al-Baghdadi is confirmed???!!! Hey, "If al-Baghdadi has actually been spotted, how come they are not all over it to "neutralize" or take him captive"???!!! There is a lot of open area around Rawa so collateral damage is minimized or non existent.

Go Moola Nova!

Iraqi Commander: ISIL's Baghdadi in US Forces' Custody
Iraqi Commander: ISIL's Baghdadi in US Forces' Custody

TEHRAN (FNA)- One of the commanders of the Iraqi popular forces of Hashd al-Shaabi said on Sunday that Leader of the ISIL terrorist groups Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is in the US forces' custody in an unknown venue.

The Arabic-language al-Sumeriyeh news quoted Jabar al-Ma'amouri as saying that ISIL Chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been in the US military forces' custody, adding that the US forces will never kill al-Baghdadi unless in a Hollywood-like scenario.

He further said that people around the world rest assured that the US has played a crucial role in the creation of the terrorist groups in last decades, and unfortunately some of the Arab nations embarked on providing financial support for such terrorist groups.

An Arab media outlet reported earlier this month that al-Baghdadi was alive, , adding that the terrorist group's ring leader was sighted by eyewitnesses in one of the battlefields in Southeastern Deir Ezzur.

The Arabic-language Elam al-Harbi reported that al-Baghdadi was sighted alive in one of the battlefields near the newly-freed town of Albu Kamal at the border with Iraq.

No more details were released about the report.

Contradictory reports surfaced the media on the fate of al-Baghdad in the last two years, while some claim that he was killed in attacks in Iraq or Syria, others say that he is still alive and on the move.   http://en.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13960905000507

5 scenarios to determine the whereabouts of the leader of al-Baghdadi

Twilight News

"Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi," the most famous terrorist in the world, because of the association of his name, organized a preacher, who suffered a series of recent defeats destroyed the remains of remnants in Iraq and Syria, and with these defeats successive, many question marks about the fate of his leader Baghdadi, Still alive, or not?

Since 2015, no one knows where al-Baghdadi has been, and rumors have been circulating that he is in Turkey and another in Libya, while some have put forward several scenarios about his possible hiding places in Iraq and Syria.

According to the first scenario, al-Baghdadi is located in the "Hamrin Mountains" in Diyala province, especially since the area is of a mountainous nature, which the security forces can not reach. Most of the Daash elements fled there after the liberation of Mosul.

5 scenarios you expect

The second scenario is likely to include al-Baghdadi in the Syrian-Iraqi border, because most elements of the terrorist organization fled after losing the city of Raqqa in northern Syria.

The supporters of this scenario are based on the fact that the organization of the terrorist advocate, called the Syrian-Iraqi border area, is called the Euphrates State, which initially starts from the Iraqi city of Qaim, a border area overlooking the Euphrates River from the east, It also has borders with Iraq and overlooks the Euphrates River from the western side.

This scenario is based on the fact that, since its emergence in 2014, Da'ash was fully controlled by the Euphrates. In addition, the organization considers the Euphrates region to be one of the most important areas because it links Syria to Iraq. , Especially in the absence of security presence.

Some also suggested the presence of al-Baghdadi in Bu Kamal, east of Syria, based on the accounts of some, about the sight of two of his aides there during the attack by Syrian forces on the city.

In addition to the above, another scenario is likely to be the presence of al-Baghdadi in the city of "wet" in the southwest of Anbar province in western Iraq, and the organization was calling for control of this city on 22 June 2014, and was released in 2016, To another.

For its part, the agency said, "Reuters," that the leader of the organization calling for the terrorist Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was present in the city and then fled to Mosul, but left, and disappeared, and is said to be currently in the desert of Iraq; because this desert is too large and difficult for security forces access To it, and the agency that Iraqi officials confirmed this matter.

The agency pointed out that al-Baghdadi, if proven to be in the Iraqi desert, it may re-ranks again.

Fleeing to Turkey In addition

to the above, news spread about the presence of Baghdadi in Turkey, which accuses some of cooperating with terrorist groups, and based on this novel that in 2014 at the beginning of the organization, there have been many bloody battles between the regular forces in Iraq and Syria and organization, A large number of calligraphic elements.

The Turkish authorities announced that all the hospitals in its territory had been opened to treat elements of an extremist organization. The Turkish newspaper Taraf said that Ankara had received large numbers of wounded in the organization of the terrorist "Daqash" from northern Syria and that it was dealing with them at its own expense.

In the same context, the newspaper pointed out that there are eight of the most important leaders in the organization of the preacher of the terrorist, wounded during the US bombing of their strongholds, and were transferred to the city of Orfa in southern Turkey, and were treated in a private hospital at the expense of the state in full, and the Turkish government secured their transfer, So as not to expose them to anyone.

Libya is on the line

and another story is likely to be the presence of the leader of the organization «Da'ash» terrorist in Libya, which is witnessing a deterioration in security, especially as Libya was a key stronghold for the 2014, and carried out a lot of terrorist operations.

The novel is based on letters found in southern Libya, directed by Baghdadi to his followers there, and included instructions to use the rugged south of Libya as a place to gather all those fleeing Mosul and Raqqa.

Libyan media indicated that the messages were confiscated from terrorist headquarters in different parts of Libya.

The letters also revealed that al-Baghdadi sent a set of instructions to 13 of his aides in Libya.

The letters also reported that al-Baghdadi justified his defeats in both Iraq and Syria, because of the intervention of major countries.

The letters referred to the attempt to compensate the defeats of the organization by going to the south of Libya, and the gathering of all the fugitives from Syria and Iraq there, and said in the text of those messages «You should not be discouraged in the fighting, and victory in the battle, because of our circumstances and weak support, Libya, the search for support resources in the Emirate of Libya, and the rest of the Mujahideen, there are brothers in Mali suffer from a lack of support, and enables the enemy of them », and said supporters of the organization through their sites on the Internet, these messages confirm that Baghdadi alive, not killed, Before, as they put it.

In the same context, the newspaper «Daily Mail» British: al-Baghdadi fled to the Libyan city of Sirte after surviving an air strike in Iraq.

The Russian novel

in June 2017, the organization wanted to mislead the international coalition in order to divert attention from the leader, he announced the death of al-Baghdadi in one of the air raids of the international coalition forces, and added that the organization did not specify a new leader, but the elements will continue to fight and fixed In the strongholds.

At the same time, the terrorist organization showed a picture of a number of its leaders while abusing their leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and then they caused a great stir, without showing the media the body of Baghdadi.

In the same context, a number of activists in Deir al-Zour, eastern Syria, that al-Baghdadi was not killed, and evidence of this matter, the organization did not disclose the body, noting that he fled from Syria in full.

On the other hand, the Pentagon announced that it had received no information confirming the death of Baghdadi, in response to a Russian novel about his death in an air strike near the Syrian city of Raqqa.

For its part, the International Alliance Against Da'ash announced in mid-June that Russian reports could not be confirmed, saying that al-Baghdadi may have been killed in a Russian air strike in Syria.

"We can not confirm," coalition spokesman Col. John Durian said, shortly after Russian news agencies reported the killing of al-Baghdadi.

The Russian news agency Tass quoted Russian officials as saying that al-Baghdadi was killed in a Russian raid on a meeting of the group's leaders near Raqqa in northern Syria on May 28.

"We are trying to verify through various channels the information that the leader of the organization Dadash Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was a participant in the meeting and was killed in the raid," the defense ministry said in a statement.

:(   It was to good to be true

If the US really DID have him, he'd be on a secret jet or chopper to one of our carriers in the Mediterranean. There's no way we would keep him grounded, giving his supporters any chance at attacking US bases and a rescue attempt. One day he will surface and a drone will snuff him out, quicker than Luigi can copy and paste another rumor. LOL.

I was thinking about the same thing except in my scenario, he would be on his way to Guantanamo. But, I also think, at this point,  the US would just as soon take him out and just help Baghdadi meet his virgins sooner rather than later. 😎😎😊
