I am gonna say Fake News drummed up by the Lame Stream Media.

I found this posted om FB.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I found this on a friends page hope it helps everyone to understand what's going on in P.R. after the hurricane.

"My friend who lives in PR just posted this:
For those saying Trump / Fed Gov isn't doing anything for PR: You obviously aren't in PR. The airports are filled with AC-130's, govn't planes of troops and aid workers, ospreys, and commercial flights offloading Nat. Guard workers before taking out civilians. All of this with a non-functioning / non-powered airport (no control tower - all operations are being run out of Miami!). You complain there's not enough commercial flights to get people out and you complain there's not enough aid being flown in. There's only 1 runway and it's being run with no power. The island is surrounded with the USCG ships, have rescue helicopters flying overhead all day, army (or reserves) cleaning all the streets to allow gas deliveries, and constant escorts of fuel trucks to gas stations. They paused the Jones Act for a couple days to allow direct fuel and supply deliveries (and are in meetings today about a more long term repeal ). The Fed Gov committed to pay 100% of all debris removal on the island (and USVI). And just FYI, PR doesn't pay any federal income taxes and never has (you know, the stuff used to pay for these relief efforts).
If you were actually on the island, you would see the amazing working being done by everyone that lives there. I was stunned with out quickly everyone was able to clean up after this disaster. Puerto Ricans aren't incompetent people. There's 3.4 mil people on the island filled with skilled laborers that are kicking ass getting things stabilized.
Yes, Puerto Rico needs help and aid, but if there's one thing I know without a doubt, is that it's citizens know how to handle hurricanes! No single person, or government can fix this level of disaster overnight. It's going to take some time. So be grateful that you're not there and that you have running water and a house to sleep in. Bashing a government for not doing what you think is best when is reality you have no idea what's goving on is counterproductive to those that are actually helping. Unless you're in Puerto Rico, you have NO CLUE what it's like and what's happening. Why? Because communication is out around 98% of the island. You're hearing about single events promoted by media for ratings in isolated areas."

Carmen Yulín Cruz: San Juan's outspoken mayor in Donald Trump's crosshairs

The dynamic leader ‘with no time for red tape’ drew the president’s ire for criticizing US efforts to help hurricane-hit Puerto Rico but is unlikely to be cowed

She even Admitted she has made no effort to talk to Federal Officials that are there to help.....But she still feels the need to Criticize US.

All I can say is that Puerto Rico had every opportunity to be prepared to the best of their ability to spare their citizens this major disaster.  Years and years of Hurricanes have passed this direction.  Why haven't their infrastructure been improved.  Yes, America will help, but we can only do so much for them, its up to their leaders to guide their people to recovery.  None of this do it all or I'll speak ill of you.

American citizens, same as Florida and Texas.....though Puerto Rico falls well short on the Trump supporter love fest list that Florida and Texas rank so highly in.  Someone please tell me again how King Orange Peel is not a politician.  He will be remembered for his late response, same a Bush.....though Dubya, to his credit, didn't make any idiotic condescending comments towards the victims or survivors of the Katrina disaster.

Have you not seen the footage of the thousands of containers filled with food, water, and building supplies in Puerto Rican ports waiting to be moved to areas that need the help?  It's NOT Trump's fault the Democrats got to this mayor to hijack the aid the people so desperately need and blame it all on Trump.  There's videos of the Teamsters saying they won't move the materials until they get more pay!!!

Time tables don't lie.....but agenda driven videos do.  This will go down in history as Trump's Katrina, and a standard by which future Presidents will be compared.....that's how it's always worked and will continue to be for generations to come.  Not my rules, but the rules nonetheless.  The very fact that Trump is desperately comparing the number of dead from Katrina to Maria tells a rational person all they need to know about Donald's mindset and subsequent failure with his weak disaster response to Puerto Rico.

Nah.....just hate his non-Presidential swag.  He's an embarrassment.  As always, just my opinion.

What does that even mean...non-Presidential swag.  I didn't know that you had to have a swag to be President.  He's an embarrassment because of his policies or because he is just different from you and I.  I agree it is your opinion... and a nonsense one at that.
