In the name of Allah, the Merciful

, the merciful , the sons of our Iraqi people,
from the north to the south and from east to west
and from the ease to the mountains and marshes and plateau and Sahara ..
Peace be upon you .. wherever you were

in these moments when the sons of Iraq spare their lives and their pure blood in defense of Mesopotamia and the unity of the country .

In the days of the intensification of the war on terrorism and with the approaching final victory over Al-Da'ash in western Anbar, Hawija, and western Kirkuk and everywhere, the map of Iraq is being exposed to an attempt to divide those that would tear up the unity of Iraq and differentiate between the sons of one nation on a national and ethnic basis and expose them all to dangers. Severe.

At a time when we unite the people and the fighters to repel the criminal gang, we are surprised by the calls for discrimination and a return to the era of darkness, domination and dictatorship.

Tikrit, Anbar and Mosul have removed the danger from Erbil and the cities of the beloved north. This is a duty we owe and we will defend in every inch of the precious land of Iraq.

Today, we confirm that we will not abandon our Kurdish citizens. We have rejected and rejected the sectarian state and the racist state. Iraq will remain for all Iraqis and we will not allow it to be the property of this and it acts in it as it pleases and without counting the consequences.

The duty of leaders is to take care of citizens' affairs and to protect them from the dangers that surround them, not to endanger them and to bring them into conflict.

What did the Iraqis gain from the conflicts that the tyrant Saddam inflicted on them internally and externally?
Nothing but destruction and saturation of arrogance and domination and recklessness that led Iraq to loss and underdevelopment and loss of security and stability.

The regime of the tyrant Saddam has oppressed all Iraqis by Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen and other components because he saw in all honorable Iraqis a threat to him and his tyrannical rule. Most Iraqis rejected this oppression and domination, but there was a misguided eagle of all nationalities aligned with the tyrant of Arabs, Kurds and other nationalities. It was also supported by Arab Baathists, Ba'athists and Kurds, as well as Arab and Kurdish Baathists, injustice and racism. After reminding us of these facts, all the Arabs were accused of accusing the people of Baghdad of injustice while the worst injustice was inflicted on them by a repressive regime. Of different nationalities.

What should be explained to our dear Kurdish people is that most of the problems of the region are internal and not with Baghdad and therefore they will be consistent with the calls for separation, and the economic and financial difficulties in the region are the result of corruption and mismanagement.

My words to the Kurdish people in particular: Ask the officials in the region where the money goes oil and they seized about 900 thousand barrels of oil per day, equivalent to a quarter of oil produced in the rest of Iraq .. Why pay the salaries of employees in the region, although reduced to the minimum levels with them On the quantities of oil much higher than the proportion of the population in the province compared to the rest of the cities of Iraq, while we are here in the center and despite the great economic difficulties and the cost of the high war did not lower salaries and did not stop.

Ask the region's officials: Why do not oil imports enter a clear and public account that citizens know, as we do here in the central government, and why they do not allow financial control of public funds.

These questions about the fate of the oil money of the region and the non-payment of salaries have been offered to the officials of the region several times, and directed the financial control bodies to do its duty, but, on the pretext of independence of the region, they reject the work of the oversight and integrity and consider it interference, while the real goal is to cover corruption and mismanagement. "These facts, although we have previously announced to the public several times, but we were not focused on the media and did not want to enter the media war in order to obtain fair and equitable solutions that preserve public funds and citizens' rights and within the constitutional and legal frameworks of the relationship between the government And the eleventh region.

Public funds shall not be the property of persons and parties and shall pay salaries and gifts to supporters and leave the rest of the citizens.
Another proof that the problems of the province is the internal freeze of the work of parliament for twenty-two months and the continuation of the provincial government without legal cover because of the policies of officials in the region. And these internal problems within the region will also be exacerbated, and there will be no support from either the international community or the neighbors because of the hostile positions of the regional officials against all their neighbors and against the international community, which are contrary to the interests of our citizens in the region.

We can not continue to impose the status quo by force, and this logic will fail as the failure of the Baathist Baathist to impose on the Iraqis with brutality and the power of arms.

The uniqueness of the decision affects the unity and security of Iraq and affects all its citizens and the security of the region through the referendum on the unilateral separation is a decision contrary to the Constitution and peaceful coexistence between citizens and will not be dealt with nor its results and we will have steps later to preserve the unity of the country and the interests of all citizens.

Long live the one victorious Iraq and
will remain for all its sons ..

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Dr. Haider Al-Abbadi,
Prime Minister and
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces

 Baghdad - Mawazine News

Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Sunday that the majority of the problems of the region are internal and not with Baghdad and will be exacerbated with the calls for secession, while stressing the taking of subsequent steps to preserve the unity of the country and not deal with the referendum and its results.

"As the final victory approaches a terrorist organization in western Anbar, Hawija, western Kirkuk and everywhere, the map of Iraq is being torn apart to try to divide Iraq's unity and differentiate between the sons of one nation on a national and ethnic basis and to put them all at risk," he said. Its consequences, "noting that" we were surprised by calls for discrimination and return to the era of darkness and domination and dictatorship. "

"Our forces have liberated Tikrit, Anbar and Mosul and removed the danger from Arbil and the cities of the dear north," he said. "This is a duty we owe and we will defend in every inch of the precious land of Iraq."

"We will not abandon our Kurdish citizens and we have rejected and rejected the sectarian state and the racist state. Iraq will remain for all Iraqis and we will not allow it to be the property of this and that by acting as it wishes and without counting the consequences," he said. Of the dangers that surround them and not endanger them and their involvement in conflicts to the detriment of them.

"What did the Iraqis get rid of the conflicts that the tyrant Saddam inflicted on them internally and externally?" He asked. "Nothing but destruction, satisfaction, arrogance and recklessness brought Iraq to loss, backwardness and loss of security and stability."

"The tyrannical regime of Saddam has oppressed all Iraqis, Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen and other elements, because he saw in all honorable Iraqis a threat to him and his tyrannical rule," he said, stressing "the existence of a rogue nation of all nationalities aligned with the tyrant of Arabs, Kurds and other nationalities, And the injustice and racism after reminding us of these facts, the constant accusation of all Arabs and accuse the people of Baghdad injustice while the most injustice inflicted by a repressive regime lined with weak people of different nationalities. "

Abadi told the Kurdish people that "most of the problems of the province is internal and not with Baghdad and therefore will be exacerbated with calls for separation, and the economic and financial difficulties in the region of the product of corruption and mismanagement,

The prime minister ordered the Kurdish people to "ask the officials in the region where the oil money goes and they seized about 900 thousand barrels of oil per day, equivalent to a quarter of the oil produced in the rest of Iraq and why they do not pay the salaries of employees in the region despite lowering them to minimum levels, Oil quantities far higher than the proportion of the population in the province compared to the rest of the cities of Iraq, "explaining that" the central government, despite the great economic difficulties and the cost of the war was high, we did not lower salaries and did not stop. "

He pointed out that "why do not enter the oil imports in a clear account announced by citizens, as we do here in the central government, and why they do not allow financial control of public funds," stressing that "put these questions about the fate of oil resources of the region and not pay them salaries to several regional officials And we directed the financial control bodies to do their duty, but, on the pretext of independence of the region, they reject the work of the oversight and integrity and consider it interference.

Abadi pointed out that "the real objective of not allowing the work of the regulatory bodies and integrity is to cover corruption and mismanagement," stressing that "these facts, although we have previously put to public several times, but we were not focused on it and we do not want to enter the media war Access to fair and just solutions that preserve the public money and the rights of citizens and within the constitutional and legal frameworks of the relationship between the federal government and the region. "

Abadi said in his speech that "public funds should be the property of individuals and parties, pay salaries and donations to supporters and leave the rest of the citizens."

He stressed that "the evidence that the problems of the province is an internal freeze of the work of parliament for twenty-two months and the continuation of the provincial government without a legal cover because of the policies of officials in the region," adding that "these internal problems within the region will also worsen, there will be no support from the community International or neighbors because of the hostile positions of the regional officials against all their neighbors and against the international community, which are contrary to the interests of our citizens in the region. "

He added that "the imposition of the status quo can not be sustained by force, and this logic will fail as the Baathist Baath failed to impose on the Iraqis the brutality and force of arms." He warned of "unilateral decisions affecting the unity and security of Iraq and affecting all its citizens and the security of the region, One

He concluded by saying that "the decision of the referendum is a decision contrary to the Constitution and peaceful coexistence between citizens and will not be dealt with nor with its results and we will have steps to maintain the unity of the country and the interests of all citizens." Ending 29/34

If so, please let me know.  I hope they did get what they were promised, then I'll know Abadi is right.

I believe I read it as one of the 6 things the Kurds wanted. I guessing here.

Well I guess the Kurds, who I thought were great, as compared to the Iraqi Government, are really a bunch of crooks.  And the Iraqi Government, who I thought were a bunch of crooks are really great, fair and wonderful.

I guess I had it all wrong, all these years.  :(

I am hoping this is part of the final total confusion to throw the world off the scent.

I think Adam said at one point there would be a phase of complete contradiction before we finally go go go!!

This plus the positive stuff recently may just constitute this phase??

Just DO something!!!

Fingers crossed!!!

Go RV!

If I recall correctly, the 17% was based on sales of 500,000 b/d. The Kurds government were selling 900,000 b/d. 400,000 b/d profit went were?

When Bagdad stopped the 17%, the Kurds government were still selling 900,000 b/d, even more profit. The 400,000 extra barrels is why Bagdad stopped sending the 17%.

If they would just RV, that would take the wind out of Barzani’s sail. If Trump gave the US citizens a tax free month, for Oct. of 2020, by executive order, wouldn’t you vote him in for a second term?

Give the Iraqi people, Kurds especially, a revalued currency they would vote for SOS if you wanted them to.
