Iraq is a success story

24/9/2017

We are used to reviewing the successful experiences of countries in facing the risks and challenges, and in advancing after the collapse, and I see that today we have to leave the box of frustration that is required for a long time, and pay attention to our experience as a success story that can be marketed to the world.

In recent years, Iraq has been exposed to the most serious challenges that have threatened its existence, the people and the state, the challenges, risks and collapses that were capable of overthrowing any other country, but with Iraq, it is completely different, and faced by heroes of all levels with patience, hardness, wisdom and steadfastness.

The collapse of oil prices, the collapse of entire cities, and the fall of a vicious criminal gangs, the collapse of morale among large sections of the people, to the extent that many of its policy experts on the speculation and ideas that Iraq will not return to what it was.

The second choice was the one of choice for the Iraqis, and it is on this basis that the Iraqi people joined together to become a huge force that took the lead and managed to crush the frenzy. The whole world is with the Iraqis in their war against terrorism. For the first time, the international media has captured the sacrifices and the courage of the youth of Iraq with their various components. For the first time, all of us agree against a common enemy and everyone races for sacrifice. A big challenge almost collapses Iraq into the cycle of failure and collapse.

From Baghdad Strong army and security services have the experience and courage counterparts lacking him in all countries of the world, and to mobilize a popular form of the bond in support of the Iraqi security effort, and the elite media lined up behind the armed forces to confront the intellectual terrorism and erase its impact psychological high morale. A strong Iraq that has faced the challenge of collapse and won the war against terrorism will win the battle to preserve its national unity, and Sinjo Iraq of all plots and selfish attempts to tear apart its land and cohesion of its people. Iraq today is a success story, the world will face it with great admiration, so we have to review our strengths and write about, and reproduce, to make them the lines of success story of his Iraqi men and the industry of the heroic sacrifice.

...art. last week from IMF was very emphatic with their instructions.

Increase your value and eliminate MCP.

I think they are waiting for the security issue they have talked about for 2 years now.

And they are very close to accomplishing their fight against ISIS. That may be it.

If the Parl. manages to vote that 2nd amendment for CBI through, it could be a timing issue after that.

They don't tell us everything.

If the debt to Jordan and to Kuwait has been addressed, that would lift them entire from Chap. 7 I believe.

The banks have been and continue to be brought up to International standards.

Money laundering and corruption are being addressed. Some new currency would go a long way in that corruption fight.

Let Abadi take the credit for winning the war and if he gives the peeps some purchasing power, his spot for P.M. next year would seem solid IMO.

We are getting there...

One thing is for sure, with all of Iraq's wealth, this increase in value will happen...JMO.

Quote:  "The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Jalal Talabani, Pavel Talabani, announced on Saturday that the Patriotic Union and the Kurdistan Democratic Party decided to accept the American and international proposal to postpone the referendum."

...just because the PUK and Talabani agrees, does not mean Barzani will.

In fact, outstate voting has already begun.

We will see on Monday what happens inside Iraq.[/size

They have to make fast vote and implementation to secure their own resource. Without HCL, all resource will be robbed and gone without any portion to Iraqis... Well, if they seriously want to protect Iraq wealth for Iraqis...

Thanks Thugs, and good morning, :tiphat:

Imo, HCL is a done deal,  and has been for some time now. Something happened a while back that upset the Kurds and talks broke off, but the deal itself has already been drafted.

We are still moving forward and,  with a sense of urgency in the air, Iraq is complying with all guidelines set forth.  Abadi will complete his mandate and bring Iraq back to its former glory. :twothumbs:

IRAQI MINISTER SAYS READY TO SETTLE OIL ISSUES WITH KURDISTAN REGION
Iraq, September 20, 2017

Iraqi Oil Minister Jabar al-Luaibi said on Tuesday (September 19) he was ready for dialogue with the Kurdistan Region to settle oil issues.

Luaibi said his country needs an oil price between $55 to $60 a barrel for a better financial situation, CNBC Arabiya reported on Tuesday.

Speaking at an energy conference in the United Arab Emirates earlier on Tuesday, Luaibi said Iraq did not see the need for oil producers to reduce output further.

Tensions between the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and central government hit a high in 2015 after officials from both sides accused each other of failing to abide by the terms of an oil revenue sharing deal struck by officials in December 2014.

Officials from Baghdad and Erbil signed a revenue sharing deal, under which the KRG would receive 17 percent of the federal budget in exchange for exporting 550,000 barrels of oil per day to the Iraqi State Organization for Marketing Oil (SOMO) at Ceyhan Port in Turkey.

That deal collapsed months later when the KRG ceased transfers to SOMO altogether. Baghdad in turn stopped the transfers of budget payments.
