So they are speaking Portuguese and said the box contents were paper towels for real?

 

Just trying to figure out why this happened (if it is for real) and why the article is published in the Iraqi news media.

 

On the lid cover toward the lower left is "2003". I am not sure if this is a year or what. The guy breaking the seals with latex gloves on and a long sleeve sport jacket of sorts is interesting. There doesn't appear to be a clear indication of their nationality. Brazilian maybe? The bundles of paper towels appear to be randomly oriented in the box indicating the box had a rough plane trip? The pallets behind the box were interesting with the cloth wrap with irregularly stacked items. Toward the end of the clip there is a guy with funky white and brown dress shoes. Just tryin' to put the clues together. If the box contents were supposed to contain the new issue (post Saddam Hussein era) notes, what denomination(s) was supposed to be there? Why was this IQD (if IQD) never in circulation and the box never opened before? Could it have been lower denomination notes printed back then to be ready for immediate release if necessary? At any rate, why the box stuffed with the paper towels and, I assume, the intended contents hoarded elsewhere? I suspect the serial numbers for the absconded notes are documented, I wonder where and when they will show up?
