The Al-Razi Center for Research and Production of the Medical Diagnostic Number of the Industrial Research and Development Authority (RIDA), one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, announced on Thursday that it has received a certificate of good manufacturing practice (GMP) from Vexil Business Process Services, which is granted for the first time in Iraq.

The Director General of the Authority Abdul Ghani Fakhri Al Jafar said in a statement to Ashqaf News that the award of this certificate to the Razi Center came as a result of efforts and adherence to international standards for the application of quality system, especially the specifications of GMP, which resulted in obtaining a certificate of good manufacturing practice, adding that the center has a certificate of quality (ISO 9001: 2008)) from VXL.

He pointed out that the center has the capacity and the possibility of producing more than 50 kinds of medical diagnostic number according to the approved specifications as it matches the imported product. He pointed out that Al-Razi Center for Research and Production of Medical Diagnostic Number Various processing contracts for the Ministry of Health.

These little steps forward are bringing iraq to the international stage and the eventual return of the IQD to its true value. As much as we want this to happen today I believe their are still many events iraq must comply with before we see a true value to the IQD. We are moving forward and progress is being made, daily

Nobody "puts them" in Article VIII.  Iraq has to meet the qualifications and then Iraq "accepts" Article VIII and has to abide by whatever the rules are.

 

I'm using the word "rules" because I can't think of a more suitable word right now, but I'm trying to say they have to go along with whatever being in Article VIII requires of countries.
