In order to improve the performance of the Iraqi banking sector, we seek to stimulate the best practices, and establish principles and rules that will achieve stability, progress and advancement, through our proactive, preventive and preventive control The efforts of our formations, our inspection tours, our direct exposure to the conditions of the banks, and the reports of the external auditors reveal the detailed phenomena that require work to be addressed and rectified .

What we are quoting from this letter is a summary of what we have observed after careful reading of all our reports and our direct observation during our field visit to the banks .

I call for the need to review the contents of this letter by the boards of directors and executive departments and formations of banks, and auditors of the accounts, and hard work to take what they said where these phenomena are present in your banks .

We are confident that the chances of success and progress are open if there is the will and care, and in the interest of all .

The Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction held its first meeting under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, Dr. Haider Al-Abbadi, in the presence of the members of the Committee 
. Dr. Abadi stressed during the meeting the importance of starting a major economic program by supporting investment activities in various sectors, Economically as our heroic forces approached the liberation of the remaining areas of the defeated and defeated Iraq, and with the restoration of Iraq's economic status at the international level and increased confidence in its financial and financing transactions. 

The Committee discussed its agenda, In addition to following up the completion of the investment projects and raising the obstacles before it. 

The committee recommended providing what will be reached by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor.
