Iraqi contractors, next Tuesday, a demonstration next Tuesday in front of the Ministry of Finance in Baghdad to demand the release of their dues.

A group of contractors told Mawazine News that they will hold a demonstration in front of the Ministry of Finance building on Tuesday, 7/25 at 9 am, after the Agricultural Bank has reserved their dues.

They added that "the bank has forged money for the contractors of the province of Maysan and booking their dues."

i wonder what "booking their dues" means?  Maybe iraq has changes the rate in their "books" but has not released the rate change?

seems like a positive article to me the agricultural bank has "reserved" their dues.  I wonder how long their dues will be on "reserve".  Thats the age old question!
