Ok, so it is almost a year and a half after the original program for these projects was funded? How many electrical generation plants were started, completed, in that time ? How much of those 75 projects are fully funded ? How much of the original 50 million dollars has been embezzled ?

I haven't seen much, but I wasn't looking much.  Honestly I asked the question because I recall all the people in Bazra, Mosul and the like protesting about the lack of services. And or inconsistent supplies of electricity. Then this nation and that nation pledging 20 million  or 50 million to address the problems, build or rebuild the power plants, housing projects,  and the protests stop. I also recall Iraqs penchant to recycle old news stories. Then such a cycle appears to start over again in Iraq. Thus my quandary. I hope these cou tries of the wirld are not giving checks to these government entities all at once and walking away. I hope they give them the money in stages.  Why ? The likes of Maliki were broke i n exile but now are billionaires at the elite level. And the struggle for the people themselves continues with no end in sight because of the same problems. JMHO.

Then there is the lack of continued arrests and sentencing by the Integrity Commission for corruption/embezzlement . The fact that the GOI has yet allowed the filling of all the GOI cabinet, how long ago was the election? I understand this is Iraq, and it will never reflect the examples the US provides.
